I’ve tried this location 3 times in the past 4 months. All 3 times I have ordered online and have waited in excess of 20 minutes after checking in to get my food. This past time, my hot dog was left out of my order. I didn’t discover it until after I got home. I will not be returning to this location.
Good food and pretty good service on this visit, which isn't always the case. But I decided to try something I saw on social media, and it was super yummy. Ocean water cream slush... go get one!!
They need to learn what goes in their menu items. My son ordered a Super Sonic breakfast burrito and they left out the tater tots and tomatoes.
This place is really went downhill every time I go it's like the burgers are dried up and they've been cooked a long time supposedly the food is cooked to order but it never taste that way and never taste fresh fries are usually cold I wish they could go back to the footlong hot dogs that they used to have years ago the ones that they have now are just not the same anymore that's the only thing that my sister used to eat from there and then they change the hot dogs and they're just not the same anymore but Sonic needs to do better they have a good burger if they would just make them fresh and serve them like they would want to have them. When I've worked at restaurants I've never served any of my customers food that I wouldn't need myself I wouldn't give them cold fries I wouldn't give them an old sandwich or some dried up meat I will give them fresh food everyone deserves fresh food! People are paying their hard-earned money for the food they should be able to get what they order and get it hot and fresh.
Horrible customer service! The lady working the counter was super rude. Waited first in line for over 15 min. No one came to take our order. I placed an app order because I had a time limit because I had to get my daughter to dance. She loudly announced not to order a slushy after the order had been placed and of course it included a slushy. I tried to check in with her. She then demanded to know who ordered the slushy. To which I responded I had before you told us the slushy machine wasn't working. She didn't ask me how we could resolve this. When I approached her and said I would like to go ahead and switch the slushy to something else she rolled her eyes at me and said "I know" while walking away. After standing there longer she came back and told some guy that was in the back to help me the slushy getting it swapped out. 5 minutes later the substitution came out bit none of the rest of the order. Another 20ish minutes go by. My friend gets her milkshakes for her kids. My son and I still don't have our part of the order. The lady asks if we need anything else. I say we never got the rest of our order? And she goes to the back and yells we never checked in, which we did. She isn't gone for even 5 seconds and comes out with our order that was already ready. 40 minutes in total my friend still hadn't gotten her drink she had ordered when we got there. We absolutely will not ever go to this sonic again. This doesn't even touch on the lack of cleanliness or anything else. Such a disappointing trip. Also it wasn't like the place was packed or that they were super busy.
Order slashes through the app. Arrived at restaurant and many of the bay screens were not working but we parked and checked in to the app for drinks to be brought out. Waited for 20 minutes and noticed many people walking up to building to have food checked, etc. Got into drive through and waited several instead to be acknowledged at speaker. Then was told to drive around. Got to window and was told they did not have slashes but I could substitute with fountain drink. At this point we are frustrated and I just received a refund. Terrible service and subpar customer service as well. Management should've acknowledged the issue with app order and lack of drink options upon our arrival. By far the worst experience I have had at a Sonic
They are not operating any of the drive up menu boards. It is drive thru only and they are extremely slow! After waiting 45 minutes to place order and get to pick-up window my order was wrong! I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my food. That's extremely poor customer service. If the drive thru is the only service they are offering it should be faster and efficient. It was my first time there and I honestly don't think I'll go back especially since I don't live in the area. It is not worth my time or money.
I went to the sonic on church street and my total was $19.40, so I gave the girl at the window $15 and told her to put put the rest on the card and she didn’t split it, she put the whole amount on my credit card AND KEPT MY $15 on top of all of that when I called to tell them no one would answer the phone! Highly disappointed in the service at this sonic as this has never happened until here recently with new people working there that just don’t care about anything but they’re nails or when they’re getting off!
Horrible customer service. Rude and condescending. I would not ever go back.
Order using the mobile app and just got a medium milkshake. Pulled up at the stall and entered my stall number in the app. The stall confirmed my order and said it’s being prepared. Waited at the stall for over ten minutes. Then decided to push the red button to see what’s going on. Employee responded saying “Stalls are closed, get in drive through”. Waited another 10 minutes in drive though, just to get a warm shake after. Told my concerns to the manager on duty, why didn’t somebody info us when we check-in into the stall to head to the drive-through instead. Well short story, she give no cares. I asked to speak to the supervisor or owner of the location and she said “call Alishia Gilbson (the owner of this sonic) her number is on the receipt. She probably won’t answer anyway”. This sonic don’t care about their customers, especially the manager. Past four times I been at this sonic, something always happen: Messed up orders, ridiculously long waiting times and/or just bad customer service. Love sonic, but this location sucks!!!
