Hope you like leftovers! Cause that's what it reminded me of, like reheated leftovers from a better BBQ place. Too bad too because the staff here were phenomenal. If the food was better it would be the perfect BBQ place.
We’ve had some less than great experiences at this location, but tonight the service was absolutely incredible. The manager was super attentive and apologetic of wait times and incredibly efficient at communicating with customers. Despite their short staffing the employees were working well together. As always the food was great and incredibly fresh, I’m happy we have this location close by.
I got combination plate The largest humongous. I think it's 32 oz or more and it was really good. Service staff was friendly. Everything was extremely clean. Well laid out and the building is easy to see, especially from 40 and this is the place to go. You want an affordable meal for the family. A very food was very good
I picked up a catered order for our church and all the food was ready at my pick up time(10:00am.) The staff was kind, courteous and professional. They explained the order and packed it in my car. I will definitely use the Alamance Crossing location again.
GO EAT HERE! This restraunt has the sweetest staff and the most bubbly manager! The food was delicious, fresh and hot when it came out. Our family enjoyed every minute of our time there. Thank you Smithfield!!!
I have to say that this is one of mine & my families favorite places to go. We're literally here almost everyday! The staff is great. However, I have to say our favorite team member is a young lady named Jaden! She's the absolute best!!! Very pleasant, not afraid to joke with customers and a very hard worker. Like I said before, my family & I are here practically everyday & so is Jaden(12-14 hr days)! I'm waiting to see her become a manager as much & as hard as she works!!!!
The one guy(I'm assuming he was the manager) was awesome. He was running around everywhere and very helpful and overly friendly. Food was great and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
We stopped on the way home from vacation because there is not a Smithfield’s near our house. The BBQ is great! Had the chicken tenders for the first time and they were for, hot and yummy! The manager was super, he was very helpful.
Food was good as always. The manager took our order and said he was short staffed, but that was the only sign I saw of that. Drinks and food both came quickly and were fresh and hot. The crew that was there certainly did a good job. I'd definitely go back next time we're in town!
Best BBQ aside from a back yard pig pickin' ..I love the vinegar based sauce with coleslaw on the sandwich. They used to sell pulled pork family packs and I'd substitute the hush puppies for buns, but I guess they stopped doing that? Now you buy it all separate it seems..That was disappointing to find out, but still the same great bbq.
