Great food, great service, great prices.. we usually drive to mebane when we're in burlington to get hotdogs but we're gonna start stopping here from now on. We appreciated how they weren't price gouging on their menu like a lot of restaurants are right now.
Do yourself a favor and order this: breaded chicken sandwich basket with pickles, lettuce, mayo, and ketchup. Add some tots to the side and you’ll be sitting pretty. Trust me!
Great local burger place. Been eating here for years. Staff is great and the good is also. Definitely a good local spot for a quick bite.
Went for the chilli dogs, which were just as good as my hometown's. I love that it's still a mom and pop diner setting, and we didn't wait long for our food at all. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and did a great job with our table. Great food and customer service. We will be back!
Longtime yummy comfort food and it could use a good cleaning but our entire family and friends have always overlooked it and supported this business for decades. A LOT of decades. However, there’s an employee who’s gone off the deep end with his political zeal, wears a hat that is a well known filthy euphemism for an obscene political slur. He will also freely give you his opinion, looks for any opportunity to do it. So unprofessional. Hot dogs with a BIG side order of politics isn’t quite as tasty.
One of the best service experiences since rebounding from all that's been going on. Service was top notch, food is always good. Highly recommend for that shop local theme.

It is an older diner. Some people have complained about the brick and blinds. Well it is true they could use a bit of cleaning and some refreshing I wouldn’t let that detract from the institution.I was treated well immediately and greeted with a smile. There was a steady stream of clientele. Conversations in here were reminiscent of any local hangout where everyone seems to know everyone.The food came out promptly.Fries were hot and fresh and krinkly. The burger was delightful.The ice in the drink was the really awesome small crunchy kind.All in all, I would find myself back at this restaurant.
I love that they come to the car, the service was slower then usual but it was only one guy taking orders, delivering, and taking to money so I understand, but the food was great.
