Good was good as always. Came in close to closing, but got our food no problem.
The phone experience was awful I’m definitely not wanting to eat from here. No customer service
If any one gave this place a good rating it must be the owners..the worse service ever looks like they hire all rejects..the only place that hates business don't go in a hour before they close you will be turned away!! Very RUDE EMPLOYEES..I love the food but terrible customer service!
Very rude receptionist caught an attitude and treated me like I was stupid she needs to learn some manners or be fired in my opinion I will never come back due to mainly her!!! My lunch combo orders were wrong an missing items that should have came with it. The vegetables were undercooked, scallops were undercooked and the noodles were burnt. Very very disappointed.
I ordered chicken hibachi take out from here today. It tasted as if something had went out of date. It just didnt quite taste right. Ended up not eating my lunch. The lady up front was really polite, but I would not recommend.
Our waitress Kaitlyn was GREAT!! She was extremely friendly and knew every item on the menu and made great suggestions. Food tastesd wonderful and the portion was huge.
Could not be bothered cutting 2 slices oflemon for our drinks. She was too busy with only one other table. Would not give me mushrooms with my shrimp without a 2.50 extra charge!!
Do NOT go to this restaurant! Avoid! Very rude people who are disrespectful to their “former “ customers! This is second bad experience! Went to order and wanted to use restroom but DENIED service and ability to use restroom! Mr Nick Nyguyen needs to correct his staff and not deny services or public restroom for customers!
Food has declined over the years. Also the staff are completely rude. I ordered food one day and stood to the side where the mirror is near the register so I could watch them cook. (Something I enjoy) then the cook told me I was not allowed to watch them which then made me worry. When I asked why the waitress in the front exploded on me. So I just canceled my order. For a place to always be empty when you walk in then see how the staff work then you start to understand why.
Food was excellent as always. However! We ordered a soup & salad with our meal. Got the food first then salad never got the soup. When she sat our plate down 3 shrimp fell off the plate onto the table. Oops was all she said. Never offered to replace the shrimp. She never checked on us and kept her back to us the whole time. We asked another waiter for some more tea and received it to go!! The cook was out front smoking when we arrived. ALWAYS a turn off! Especially since he had a 12" knife strapped to his side.
