We had a very good server. Every one at our table ordered a burger. Two were the blue cheese burgers and both people said those were very good. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, which I thought was just about perfect. The endless fries were also very good. This is a favorite place of ours to get burgers, we just don't have one near our home town so it was a treat to stop here on our way by.
My family and I decided to stop and grab a bite to eat after a weekend stroll through Burlington. I ordered a burger, meanwhile my fiance ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and pizza for our kids. When we received our food, the first two bites were good until my fiancee got a bite of rubbery chicken. Our waitress replaced her meal with a different chicken sandwich, but not before mentioning how the chicken they receive is not worth serving. If there is a problem with a particular item on the menu, don't serve it.
First time did an order online for pickup. It went flawless! Once there received great service from your professional staff Food as always GREAT! Just wish there was one nearby where I live in Richmond Hill, Georgia area.
Food was pretty good. Service was friendly and attentive. Only thing keeping off five stars was service of cold coffee. Although they fixed it as soon as it was brought to their attention.
I love their burgers and shakes, and the employees are always friendly.
We went last night (2/4/22) for the first time and we were blown away!! We were seated immediately, our server was great, our food came out super fast, and was absolutely delicious! We never had to ask for refills, they made sure we had were full! If I could give more stars I would!!! Definitely will be back!
This was the first time we have ever eaten at Red Robin and we won't be going back. The service was awful and the food didn't taste good. They weren't busy but we never saw our waitress after she took our order. My husband ordered the Whiskey BBQ burger and he said it tasted powdery and so did the Mozzarella sticks that I order. We ended up leaving half of our food uneaten.
Got us right in and the waitress was friendly and great service. I loved the food.
First time trying out this place. I guess I was expecting something else. IDK. Bottomless fries were really good, but the burgers all looked very similar on the menu. I will go back but I won't be in a rush to get there.
Went for an lunch date. Service was outstanding. Everyone was working together.Our burgers were good and huge! Fries were fresh. No more spinach dip, not happy about that. Still enjoyed.
