Leftovers - Yum! Great Waitress!
Birthday dinner tonight from my husband at Red lobster, awesome! Friendly staff and perfectly cooked food! Thank you Aniya S. for making our dinner experience wonderful;)
Update most recent order: ⭐️the most recent order was absolutely horrible! The food was very bland and cold. It’s like they just threw the food in the microwave to cook it versus on a stove and adding at least some seasoning.I order the family Shrimp linguine and the meal with shrimp oysters scallops and linguine noodles. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Today was the first time I tried the Brussel sprouts, and Lordy!!!!! They were soooo darn good!!!! This order was for my toddler and myself, everything was sooo good! Type in Sheneil Báez on Amazon and order my books! Great job Red Lobster, great meal that saved me from cooking! Not much broccoli by the way, but enough for my 3 year old.
If you like seafood, this is a place for you and your date. Delicious seafood dishes, superb cheddar biscuits and we've always had excellent service. This past visit, I ordered broccoli, and it came out piping hot, stayed hot through my meal and was cooked all the way through! Nice change from most places that serve cold, crunchy broccoli. Absolutely LOVE Red Lobster and will return for sure!
I didnt notice the small "closing at 4pm due to unforseen circumstances" sign until i left. I had been inside the restaurant for what seemed like ever. It was completely empty. Im not sure why the door was unlocked in the first place. A girl who appeared at the bar, looked like she was on the phone for a take order. She saw me but didnt acknowledge me or even politely info me of being closed. This was interpreted as being rude and insensitive to a customer's time.This restaurant has been nearly empty for a while now. Right next door is Olive Garden so it's very odd for a name like Red Lobster.It was a very poor experience to say the least.
For the second time we went to eat there. This time the place was empty. Host said a 45 minute wait. No one showed up for second shift. Why are you even open? I would not, as a manager, even put myself in that predicament. We won't be back. Ever.
I enjoyed Eating there, the food was good, good customer service. But, they need help in the Place real Bad. My husband said he will never go Bad. We had to Wait and Hour before we were Seated.
Everyone was extremely courteous given they were severely short-staffed. Even being short-staffed, the waitress was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the service was very quick. Thank you staff for all you do to provide a good experience for those who visit Red Lobster.
i wish i could give 0 stars. Today at 7:00 p.m me and my boyfriend walked into a MOSTLY EMPTY red lobster, there were maybe two people at one table and two at the bar. the host told us for me and my boyfriend there would be a 20 minute wait. Understaffed or not, that is ridiculous for a restaurant, especially with the name and reputation of Red Lobster.
Gave a 3 star due to fact it was under staff and our wait for food was over 20 minutes. But our waitress Tiffany was great who tried her best to keep us satisfied.
