The only reason 1 star is because the food was as expected. The overall service was poor and that is putting it kindly. Staff is rude and not helpful to customers nor each other when in a bind. The inside is nasty. The floor is sticky and not clean. Overall, this establishment is not welcoming. I met the 'new' manager one day and was assured things would change for the better. After 2 more times of the same we stopped going for over 2 months and terminated our weekly pizza night. We decided to give it a try again and am not sure we will go back.If you want rude service and unclean environment, go here. Otherwise, Dominos, Papa Johns, and other pizza establishments are with half a mile.
This place used to be good. I ordered a pizza for my husband and I. The pizza and bread sticks were burned and the sauce tasted like it came straight out of the can. On the pizza, there was more sauce than cheese and pepperoni. Disgusting! To top it all off, my husband and i vomited around 5 mins after consuming only a few slices of the pizza. Absolutely repulsive. We tried to fight through the taste but we just couldn’t do it. Unfortunately, Little Caesars has this place beat.
Did an online order, came to pick it up and was told it was given to someone else. They offered to remake the order so I waited. Sat in the lot for 30mins came back in and it seems they forgot about me. Gave me a half cooked pizza that was still wrong. Asked for a refund and was told the order had been cancelled and my $ would be refunded to my account in about a week. That didn’t happen. Made several calls to get my $ back and was told every time that the manager would have to do it. Left my number and tried calling back several times to speak with the manager with no luck. That stole $25 from me. They deserve 0 stars as they are thieves.
My kids love pizza and lately our service from the place we normally go has gotten so bad I refuse to go back. So tonight we came here and even thought things were crazy being that it was a 2 hour drop off for pizza delivery. All the staff had positive attitudes working together!! Kudos to tonight’s team!! I will def be back.
I ordered pizza at 9:15pm and I was quoted a 65-75 min delivery time. After 2 hrs of waiting, I tried calling to find out information. The phone lines kept going to busy signal. I wasn’t even able to cancel my order. Instead of this store calling hours ago to cancel my order, they waited until 4 minutes before they closed, so now we get to go without dinner. Terrible customer service!
Ordered a pizza at 8 pm. It's 1 hr 39 minutes and still know pizza. We called to see you w long and the guy told us it would be best to come pick it up ourselves.I understand short staff.
Online our order said it would be ready in 50 mins. We received our order nearly 2.5 hours later. It was so late that the delivery driver called me and asked if we still wanted our order. On top of this, the pizza was already warm instead of being hot. I did appreciate the phone call from our driver and his apologies at the door. I gave him an $8 tip, because he had to be called into work to deliver our pizza. It will be a long time before I order Pizza Hut again. There is no reason why i had to pay $40 for a service this bad.
Ready on time, piping hot, great ratio of toppings. Person at the window took time to verify our identity - I liked that. Great experience! Thank you!
I did not think there was enough cheese on the pizza and the topping content seemed a little light too. I actually ordered extra cheese, but apparently paid the extra $2.50 for absolutely nothing. I like the pizzas at my Harris Teeter grocery store better than the ones at Pizza Hut because they have more cheese and toppings on their pizzas at a lower price than Pizza Hut.
Stop serving cold food. My 2 pizzas, cheese sticks were cold. My wings were cold like they just came out the fridge! I am a very angry customer! If help is needed, close the doors until every position has been filled to properly serve customers!
