Would give zero stars if possible because that’s what me and my sister and friend received from them... I called ahead and they told me there was no wait time. We headed right over and came in to a “seat yourself” sign. It’s a small inside which is fine, we sat at a small side bar area where we were ignored for 15-20 minutes. Not even greeted, no hello or give us a min. Nothing. I’m a server and so is my sister. I watched passively as all the servers walked by us, countless times, busing tables, greeting a friend, along with other people coming in after us and being served a drink. It seemed like we weren’t welcome for whatever reason. Left with not a word spoken.
Food was not good and over priced. Hot wings have barbecue flavor, fries flimsy, burger lacking. Only good thing was the ranch. Service was worse than the food—had to ask to be waited on. First AND last time at this place. And they didn’t care (didn’t even look at me) when I had to seek who I think was the manager out to even pay the bill and complain. They weren’t busy enough for such poor service and food quality. Poor business. Do better!
Nice place. Had the Philly with frys with a Hummingbird beer. Great sandwich with lots of goodies and I'm in love with the frys.
We found another cool pub. Food is good and beers to choose.
My pasta salad and wrap were lacking in flavor a bit. They had great beers on tap though and lots of tvs to watch sports.
Service makes or breaks! The girl with the curly brown hair walked away from our group as she was about to take our groups order. Had to literally seek her out nearly 20 minutes later after she disappeared. Found her talking with another employee, talking negatively about the ale house on the side walk outside.I realize times are tough but there is NO excuse for this level of poor service!
The bartenders were super friendly and knew what drinks to make even if you were unsure yourself. The food was okay, in the future I’d come for the drinks only. Great selection of music! And the others dining in were a diverse crowd.
Tried them 3 tines they struck out very bad service servers had attitude. Food was not good draft beer was in a warm glass. Not a good spot
I was travelling for business and was surprised to be recommended a local bar for their food. I was a bit skeptical at first but decided it made sense to go and try it out. When I drove in, it looked like another local pub but once I went in, I ordered my first drink and it came real fast. Customer service isn't what you could expect from a bar in North Carolina but used to it seeing I'm from the big city.I was recommended the wings and burger. Tried both options and they were just amazing choices. I recommend to anybody in the area.
Nothing like walking in to a place you've never been and no one greets you or tells you how seeding goes or maybe where you should sit. Then when the waitress actually does come up to you. She has an attitude for whatever reason. When your mozzarella sticks come, you ask for ranch because they didn't remember to bring it. Then when they do 15 minutes later and your mozzarella sticks are now cold, you may not want to eat them. So that this is the kind of experience you want. Or maybe your taste buds and expectation is so low. You just want to get drunk. This might be your place
