Panera gets 5 stars today because of a young man that brightened my day. He was fun to chat with about the pastry options. Very familiar with all of the changes over the past few years. Then he ran out with a bag i had left behind. Thanks, I'll be back a little sooner because of you.
I ordered my lunch online for rapid pick up. I proceed to pick it up at the time indicated. Upon arrival, I see my name listed on the electronic board as preparing, then it moved to the ready side. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to bring them bag around and place it in the designated"Rapid pick-up " area. No one did, so I walked up to the counter and asked where I clearly see my bag sitting there. I explained to situation, tell her that my name was there, moved she disappeared and then she looks at me she says, "oh we don't put the names on the board anymore when it's ready". I said I just told you my name was there, moved and gone but the issue is the for isn't where it's suppose to be at the time promised.If the customer is told to follow instructions for pick up, shouldn't the employees? I'm not asking for special treatment or calling for the manager, I'm asking for rules to be followed, I'm calling for common sense. I just wanted to get my food and leave and not interact with people for this reason.
I love Panera Bread food. However our last visit was so disappointing for this one particular cafe. We will not go to that location again. It was in serious need of housekeeping as there was pieces of trash on the floor throughout the dining area. I had to clean our table before we sat down. There was food and trash under the table. Napkins were out near the drink machines.
I went there to pick up dinner through the drive-thru. Ordered a soup bowl and a sandwich. The sandwich was left out. I was instructed to drive back up there and pick it up. I opted for a refund. Not once did the on duty manager apologize. I had to explain to her that as the manager, she should apologize when there is a problem. Very incompetent and inconsistent place.
This place was unbelievable. The menu made no sense. After the lady told us a little of how u order from the menu on the wall it was going to cost over $15 for pretty much just a chic sand. We left. Won't be back
I ordered online delivery. Website said the prices will be higher on menu items if ordering online. I bought the kids Mac& cheese for $8.09, it arrived in a small cup.( see pic) Ridiculous pricing , beware of online order.
Consistently bad Panera. If you don’t want to serve dinner done stay open till 9 pm. Arrived around 8:05 and I got a You Pick Two. Chicken Frontega was cold, stale and dry; French onion soup had no cheese or croutons. And they were out of bread and bagels. 20 minutes in the drive-thru and $16 later….
I have been living in Burlington now for about 17 years. I remember when they built this Panera. I stopped going there for a year in 2020 because they never had any thing that you wanted to order. I ordered a dozen bagels this morning, I think eight of them were everything bagels, five of them were cinnamon crunch bagels, and they didn’t even have enough bagels to make a dozen. They were out of bagels at 9 in the morning, on a Saturday. I don’t understand what’s going on at this location. I have been to other Panera’s that do such a superior job at staying stocked. However, one out of every two experiences I’ve had at this Panera location end in disappointment. You guys really need to work on some things, as you can tell by the other reviews. I will never come back.
My visit was during a particularly busy day and the employees were slammed. When I came in they informed me that the wait would be around 30 to 45 minutes. My friend and I were halfway through a 4 hour drive so we didn't mind a little break. The food was actually ready within 10 minutes with no errors on the order. During these hard times I appreciate when people keep trying and working through these employee shortages. The food was good and the tomato soup was amazing like always.
Great customer service Anakaren is awesome. My only issue is my food was cold in drive through. Order #1361549 Grilled Mac & Cheese sand. The drive threw line was so long I didn't bother to even come back.
