We had a party of 10 people for my sister birthday. The waitress was horrible. I asked for a drink. I never got it. She told me the bartender was making it. I finally just went to the bar myself. I bartender said he know nothing about me drink order. I just ordered soup and salad. Everybody order pasta and stuff. Everybody order came out. But mine. I felt she was just targeting me. Also my sister order a drink. She was waiting a while for her drink to. So i went back to the bar and got her drink too. I waitress bring her drink afterwards. My sister told her i went to the bar and got it myself. She slamthe drink down. And said a smart remark and walked away. So I went and found the Manger. He told care of me and the rest of our party. He done a great job. We really appreciate it. He also took my meal of the bill with even tell me. That location has a great Manger , great hostess also food was good. The waitress also took a long time to refill our drink. She asked to refill my drink and bring the wrong drink back. But the great manager fix that too. Thanks
Courtney the server in the bar area/bartender did an amazing job as always. The peach bellini tea is my favorite drink. My daughter loves the zeppolis Italian doughnuts with the chocolate sauce.
Dinner was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back here. Our sever Amore was super kind and always asked if we needed anything. One of the best Olive Gardens i’ve been to.
Horrible, appetizer served after entree server never asked if we wanted another drink. Mens room beyond dirty. Wont be back paid for my meal didnt eat and left on table.
I was really impressed with the job that our server did tonight. They were busy. The place had a 20 minute wait when we got there. You would never know that from Natalie. She double checked that the salad was allergen free when she brought it out. When the kitchen sent out the wrong pasta she fixed it immediately and was on the spot with everything.We were her last table of the night. It's really hard to keep up that level of service.The food was delicious. I had the chicken Alfredo and my husband had the shrimp scampi. We tried the huge plate of Italian doughnuts you see in the photo. All were very good. But the service, that was excellent.
We haven't eaten at an Olive Garden in years. We won't return. No one liked the food including the kids. We ordered the Tour of Italy, spaghetti and meatballs, and Alfredo. I must say, the salad, soup, and breadsticks were good. The mozzarella sticks were average. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean. We spent over $100.
Always enjoy OG! The food is excellent, best Bloody Mary ever, and amazing endless salad. Our waitress Tracy was attentive, but not overbearing which is a pet peve of mine. It's very popular, so anticipate a little wait time, but once seated there was very little waiting. Highly recommend!2/25/2022Sort of got forgotten, but Manager In Training McKenzie found us, took excellent care of us, and gave us some free stuff. I had the Tour of Italy. It was amazing, as well as the Bloody Mary. Come in... check it out!
The only reason I am giving a 3 star because the bread had more garlic than the pasta. The pasta didn't taste too good. Everything else was Awesome. I really hope next time we go that it's amazing. I feel like we should get a free meal. We go here all the time even though the previous time we went the food was not up to satisfaction. We still love you guy and will continue to eat, but be consistent cooks. Thank you.❤????
Always consistent. Not the best food, not the worst. But they have really good service. And the unlimited soup (and salad) on a cold day is worth the trip.
Heard the hostess say I am go ahead and sit them people who just arrived, even though we and others waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated it took over 30 minutes to get our food and it really wasn't that warm or flavorful. Waitress was very nice and apologized for the wait. I have ate here before and had a better experience before.
