Moe's is always our family's go to for decent texmex. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.
Overall we enjoy going to Moe's. Clean, fast service. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The negative is the manager (I am assuming she is the manager). Very poor customer service. She has snapped at customers, tossed food, and acts extremely annoyed having to have any interaction with customers. Often order online to avoid contact with her.
Walked into this location with minutes to spare before they closed and no one chose to serve me but instead insisted on telling that they were closed. The employees looked at each other and the took out their phone to check the time and tell me they were closed. That is very poor customer service and unacceptable.
If you go to this location after 8 pm, bring a bucket for salsa and a thermos for your drinks. They pulled the tea we were drinking before 9pm. While I was complaining to the mgr, they started pulling the salsa. We were about 10 minutes from finishing and left without refills on drinks or salsa. No one asked if we needed anything, poor customer service felt like we were given the bums rush.Surely they could do better.
Passed through the area on a road trip, saw the sign for Moe's on the highway. Stopping at Moe's locations since the pandemic has been hit or miss primarily due to staffing challenges.This location knocked it out of the park.Fast, friendly and efficient service. Gentleman behind the counter built my stack quickly and neatly. A second employee rung me out and by the time I was done at the register, my stack was ready.This may sound like nothing special, but with a sign on the door indicating they were short staffed, and a dining room full of people eating their lunches, it was clear this location is on top of their game.While writing this, they just cleared a rush of 8-10 people who all walked in at the same time. I've been to other Moe's where that would have been a 20 minutes wait. Not here. Not today. Great job!Kudos to those who showed up to work today, and thanks for helping keep this stop quick on my long day. I'll definitely stop back on my next trip through.
My food was delicious. I always get the steak homewreaker. The chips were better than other nearby locations.
I placed an order with a reward but the website glitched and wouldn’t let me place the order but still took my money. When I placed the order the next day I received an incorrect order and at this location the sweet tea and unsweetened is always mislabeled.
Love moes. They have diffrent specials everyday. Monday is burritos 6.49. Very good deal but go for an burrito on a tuesday it's 8.99. No drink included. See what I mean.
Good Moe’s. No complaints. That’s somewhat rare these days. Nice that this location has daily specials. Clean & well run.
This is the cleanest restaurant i've ever been in..the staff is friendly and every nice.. Food is great ..i highly recommend this place to everyone...
