I love your pizza mostly the Hawaiian extra. Tonight we decided to get some extra items. Like I do every time and I always say I’m not going to order again because they always forget something or the order is never right. Well again the order is 1. Not right 2. Not cooked well enough. I ordered a small chicken Caesar salad. And I just got a Caesar salad. This like my third time this has happened. Now for the breadsticks they are not cooked all the way and they are like dough and the sauce is ice cold. Just not happy with this order. It will be a very long time before I order from here . For the price I paid it should be cooked right and double check.
Pizza was good, but took more than an hour to receive food after being told 35 minutes. I waited in the lobby for over 30 min after it has already been 35 minutes since I placed the order and the person upfront kept telling me "it will be a few more minutes" . I honestly think they forgot about my order. Don't mind waiting but just hate being told over and over that it will be just a few minutes when 30 minutes have passed! Aggravated... It may be awhile before I return there. You cannot just forget about customers!
The food was pretty good, I order 2 large specialty pizza’s, 1 order of bread sticks, and a medium Cesar salad, that totaled $52.
We've ordered from Mimi's twice, and, unfortunately, we've been disappointed twice. The first time, we paid for a chicken Caesar salad only to discover that they had forgotten the chicken when we got home. They offered a store credit. So, I figured, "Hey, honest mistakes happen. We'll give it another try."The second time, we ordered three XL pizzas, and they overcooked/burned all three of them. The cheese was brown-ish and the crust carried the taste of burn reminiscent of what happens when you burn toast and try to eat it anyway.We tried, but we won't be ordering from here again. It hasn't been money well spent.
Love love love mimis! We get it all the time now! The pizza is soooo good. We are done ordering from big chain pizza places. Mimis beats them all. Try the Greek pizza!!! I also appreciate the convenient drive thru window.
Ordered a pizza with extra sauce tonight and received the driest pizza ever. I'm not even sure they put any sauce on it. The order was taken correctly, so that wasn't the problem. When I called the restaurant to inform them about it they couldn't seem to locate the manager and told me that there wasn't a manager on duty. I will make sure to call back tomorrow.
Since moving back to Burlington several years ago, I have struggled to find good pizza. The chains always disappoint me. I noticed this place while washing my car at the car wash next door. I tried it tonight and it didn’t disappoint. The dough was fresh, the sauce was zesty with the right amount of sauce, and the cheese was on point. I will definitely be a returning customer. Picture is after getting home five miles away.
Moved here from Iowa 5 months ago and have been struggling to find a good pizza. We tried Mimi’s for the first time last night. Pizza was delicious! Hubby had the double double and I had the paradise. We will definitely be ordering again! ?
Hands down the best pizza around town! Their ingredients are fresh. Their delivery and service are top notch! We love Mimi’s Pizza!
Absolutely delicious! So much food! Delivery right to our truck at the TA! I will definitely order again if I get back this way! Super friendly and very helpful and quick!
