My husband and I decided to try something new and decided to try this place. The pizza was good, it was a little tight in the restaurant, but it was a Friday night so that was expected. Our dismay came when the appetizer arrived. We ordered cheese bread and it was a literal hoagie loaf with cheese on it. I’ve had better cheese bread at Little Caesar’s. We paid $7 for a stale hoagie loaf with cheese on HALF of it. Pizza was nice, nothing to necessarily rave about. Service was great, though! Probably won’t visit again, definitely not worth the price.
I've visited a lot of Mellow Mushroom restaurants around the state and I enjoy seeing the different themes in each one. The food is always good and this one is no exception.The wait time was a bit long but it was pretty busy for a Monday evening. We sat outdoors and usually other Mellow Mushrooms have offered a bowl of water for our dogs however this one didn't. It's not a big deal, we always have a collapsible bowl on hand but it is always a nice gesture that makes us feel welcome. We finished our drinks before the pizza arrived but getting a refill was quick enough. The tables weren't getting cleaned off and a few surrounding ones were still stacked with used dishes. Again in all fairness it was very busy. The bathrooms were very clean which is always a good sign. Would come here again.
Food is good, service always is slow. I go, because it's worth the hassle. But if they could just move a little faster...
first tine here brought my grandson we had the meaty meat? pizza it was delish! got the mestballs as appetizer i was only allowed a bite because he ate them all but they were excellent! and he had a brownie for dessert ! staff was so friendly ! we will be back!
Get the soup!!!! It's the best mushroom soup you will ever ever have!
Kimberly our server and Robby the beer tender were soooo helpful - set us up nicely! Small pizza was just right and was the best we have had in my the triad so we far. We tried the local beer from Red Oak down the street and it hit the the spot. We know the MM brand and this location rocks! Love you guys - Peace Love and Turtles.
Had the Veg out pizza and it’s delicious. Kristyn provided excellent service. Great drinks. Will return.
Had a birthday party for my son here this past Sunday. Scheduling the party was great, the event lady/manager was nice and seemed really helpful. She seemed so nice and excited. Then when it was time for the party, she literally did almost nothing. She didn't seat us when we got there, the host did which is what was expected. She did show us to get our drink orders and drop off our food and that was it. To place an additional order of food, I had to go to the hostess station because she never came to check on us. She came and took the dishes and we asked for refills and HOW DARE WE. Such a burden to her. She acted so rude toward us then. We kept running out of drinks and she wasn't around so I had to start refilling them myself which should never happen. NEVER will do a party here again. Walked out very sad and disappointed. Want to complain? Good luck finding someone!
I enjoy the pizza. To me it’s the best! Always get a large when l order takeout.Well worth the $ for the amount you get.And l always tip the wait staff that waits on me at the curbside because so many people don’t tip when getting a to go order. I know because l am a waitress and do the same thing for a living. Always tip! Don’t find a reason not to!?
Giving this a 4 only due to the fact we did not dine-in. I was not displeased with the hostess in any way. As far as price for what you get. I was definitely setting the bar high. It was over $60.00 after we finished our order. Looking at it now, not bad at all. Wings were amazing and they were all great size. Both the medium pizzas were out of this world. The crust was perfect both thin and regular. Also couldn't skip trying the brownie. If you like sweet and chocolaty order this brownie. We had a good ride up to Burlington. Thought we would just grab a quick pizza. We grabbed an experience. Thank you Mellow Mushroom.
