Great tasting food and it was well prepared. Polite staff and very clean!
6$ for a McDouble and a medium fry is outrageous especially considering the very very poor quality of the food!! Your food prices continue to rise higher and higher all while the quality continues to sharply decline…. McDonald’s is turning into complete garbage… Also very slow drive through service at this location…
Ordered a Sausage, Egg, n Cheese McGriddle, got Bacon, Egg, n Cheese. Ordered a Apple Fritter, got a Cinnamon Bun. Hash Brown was nonexistent in my bag. Coke was fine, but the lack of supplied Straw made drinking it on I-40 in heavy traffic at 70 mph challenging to say the least. They basicly gave me what "they" wanted and not the other way around. Da-Da Dun Da Daaa... not loving it.
A Hispanic woman manager with straight drawn eyebrows was so rude to me and when I was telling her something else she completely ignored me then asked me for my total, and when I told her I wanted to add two more things, she gave me that face like are you serious and then gave me my total, told her it was Apple Pay and she basically handed me the machine with an attitude, never again I want that manager to attend me because if she does I’m driving off, if you can’t handle with people then don’t be working there, it’s not our fault for you to be giving us attitudes and tempers.
I received terrible customer service today, ordered a happy meal with double fries, they only gave me one fry, on the flipside they gave me three Stitch toys! I drove back to the restaurant and the staff showed very little empathy, or ownership of the situation. What really irked me was when they handed me the small fry they didn’t say sorry.
They misread our order and we received half the order, the manager Robert actually caught the mistake as we were leaving but we left too quickly, when we got home and called the store to ask what happened, Robert was prepared for the call and offered to redo the whole order fresh at no extra cost. Great customer service, as I was inside awaiting the replacement order, I also noticed how well the team was working together and caught Robert making some inspirational comments to his coworkers. Honestly, never been so impressed with Mc Donald’s.This was 2/16/22 around 2ish PM
Clean place. The food was fresh. It was a pit stop on our way north and there was no complaints.

They fries are always hot and fresh here. The staff very friendly and pleasant.
The manager expected me to pay for my food twice after I showed proof of paying in the app. He was the most condescending person I’ve ever had contact with in any food establishment. He said he’s worked there for 18 years but as someone who’s worked in food service my whole life, someone who’s been in customer service for ten minutes should have better skills than he did. He made no attempt to apologize even after I pointed out that he was being incredibly rude and I wasn’t trying to be difficult. As someone who goes out of my way to be kind to people in my same industry, I’m beyond shocked he’s allowed to run ANYTHING
