This place is phenomenal. I ordered sausage gravy and biscuits. Two orders of eggs. They put the eggs on the gravy and biscuits. That's the way I want them. I didn't even have to ask. No other McDonald's in this area does this. I ordered from curbside pickup. Order came to me promptly. Less than 5 minutes. I'll be coming back to this restaurant.
This is the slowest store I've been to. I try over and over to give it a chance but always leave disappointed so I will not be back. I always go inside and never get acknowledged until after 5 or more minutes. Service after that continues to be slow. Behind the counter is always nasty and dirty looking. Employees are always in the lobby sitting at tables. Terrible and needs some adjustments.
April 3rd I arrived from a late flight for a show in High Point. Starving and decided to go to this McDonalds. Arrived at 10:55pm, the drive thru person told me to wait. So after a few minutes, now 10:58, I asked if they were there. No answer but I noticed then the sign went off. Then the lady over the mic says we are closed. Seriously, it costs Millions to buy a franchise rights of McDonalds, the store makes very good profit I am sure. However you don’t watch these stores close enough to watch how many times this happens in the US, or the if you want a cone and the machine is always down before closing. Terrible and I would advise if this is the behavior, think about what they do with your food behind the line??? I’ll pass
Food delivered cold. Called store and they told me to send it back with my driver meanwhile the driver was long gone. Do not order here
McDonalds has remained a strong contender in the fast food business. We always count on their clean restrooms when we travel and no one can beat their $1 beverages. We like their coffee and the English muffin is a winner for me.

Drive-thru consistently screws up happy meal orders. The receipt is correct but the apple slices noted on the receipt are missing from the happy meal box. You have to park, unbuckle your 2 y/o and go back in. Or the receipt is missing the 2nd happly meal you clearly ordered so you have to park, unbuckle both kids, and go inside. 3 of my last 3 visits resulted in one of these situations, so subtracting 3 stars. 2 stars earned for the otherwise friendly staff. Guess I'll have to be that car that doesn't move until I scrutinize the receipt and scrutinize every box and bag.
The last 2 times I have ordered have been a huge disappointment. The food just isn’t good anymore, doesn’t taste how it’s supposed too. If you want a fast burger go literally anywhere else.
Rude little girls at the drive thru. Especially the one with a Moores construction black hoodie and fake lashes! Closed the window in me just bc I asked for an additional orange juice for my kids. She was upset bc all she wanted to do was stand there and chit chat with her coworker (small black girl). Poor service. Not even from this location just driving thru and only stopped her per family request!
