The staff are always friendly and courteous. The crispy chicken biscuit is awesome
Food was poorly made and then when I tried to DoorDash my order they took forever to confirm it then they just canceled my order. I would not buy from them again
She forgot my double cheeseburger on my $69 order, so I offered to pay for it at the 2nd window, and they said I had to get back in line (which was now wrapped around the building) if I wanted it, that I was holding up their line. For one burger, that I was willing to pay for still even though she forgot to include it... it was the last thing I ordered, it showed up on the screen, then she had to have a manager help her total the order. And because she messed up I've got to wait in line again to get one burger while my $70 worth of McDonald's gets ice cold. They just don't care. Also go here if you want your drinks 2/3 full. I've never seen more incompetent employees than at #19803. Fire them all.
You all are liars. Like legit liars. I was in driveThru ordering food, my kid is in the back seat asking for ice cream, no problem, I try to order a Vanilla Milkshake and was told the machine down. I see the car in front of me get ice cream so I asked the person at the second window and she says the machine is not down but that I have to get back in line. Mind you I was in line for like 10-15 mins…. I then tried to call them and the phone was answered by a rude employee who told me the ice cream machine wasn’t down and then she proceeded to hang up on me… so McDonald’s please explain to me why it’s okay to lie to customers? I have proof to back everything I have written.
My order is always right the food is always hot and delicious the service is top-notch and the restaurant is always clean!
The employees here lie about if the ice cream machine is down just to avoid serving people. When confronted (second window), they will magically say “the machine is not down but now you have to get back in line.”
This is a nice place to bring your family they have kiosk to order on or you can get your order taken the old fashioned way at the counter with a human. Lol. I spent around 25 cash there and it was worth it feeding me and two others. I would honestly go back here again or even make this a place of repetition in my weekly schedule. Drive through was way too crowded and not moving hardly any at all. I ended up leaving before I could order, because it was taking to long
I bought one of those new spicy crispy chicken sandwiches, the ones that came out maybe last year. Well the chicken I got on the bun literally covered not even half the bun. I was biting into bread til about the middle. Normally the chicken we get on there (the ad pic for it) it’s coming out the bun on all sides; rivaling Chick-fil-a’s sandwich. Imagine cutting them in half and that’s what I got. It’s like they’re cutting their own chicken to cut corners and costs.
This mcdonalds on webb ave has the worst service ive ever seen excpet for the breakfest crew but lunch n afrer id almost rather go hungry n been this way for years
