We were really busy working and I knew we would not get back to our car until around midnight. I called them and ordered 4 chicken clubs and had them delivered to my car. They made it there last order of the night and even called to let me know the sandwiches had been delivered. They have sent me coupons for half off my bill. And thats just the service. The pizza and subs are soooo good. When we want pizza this is the place we go to. Great job Marco's.

Was a customer for over 3 years with marcos placed an order today for $70.00 which is a pretty normal order for a family of 6, 20 minutes after the order was placed they call and say they want to have a payment upfront for the order, which they have never done before. Explained to them that we have been a customer for 3 years and never had this issue before, was informed since they had to many other people order this month and not pay that they wouldn't be completing our order. They have officially lost a customer.

I amazes me how unprofessional this place has become. I called an hour before they close on my way home from work and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up called again waited 5 more minutes and someone finally answered. By this time I'm 5 minutes away from the store. I place my order and they tell me 10-15 minutes so I wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I go inside I pay for my order and am told I'm only waiting on a cheesy bread. That's fine, I sit in the lobby and wait for my order to be finished. The cheesy bread comes out and a worker says, "wait where is this large pizza at?" Everyone else says what large pizza? The worker says the one on my order and apparently the biggest part of my order was overlooked. The employee working on the line decided she would take a smoke break before making my pizza. When she comes back inside she finds out they have no more large dough and my pizza now has to be a medium..... The only employee that was actually concerned about my order was the one that found out the pizza was missing in the first place she came up to me Let me know that the pizza was going to be made on a medium crust asked me if it was OK and also asked what she could throw in to make me happy. She was the only one in the building that was professional at all I did not get her name but shout out to the girl with the glasses she was the sweetest one there

I hate that you took away most of the pizza options on the delivery apps like doordash and Grubhub. Customers that use the delivery apps should be able to have the same options as other customers that order directly from you. I'm a customer that only wants Marco's pizza if it's square cut and light cooked and now I cannot purchase that way anymore unless I order pickup from your website.
These people are full of it I placed a order call back to add to my order then they call saying they didn't have what I ordered because it was 15 minutes before closing time sad but true they have no respect for the public by lying to them.!!!!

Best Pizza and wings in Burlington, hands down. And they are fast! Most places have done way with salads but not Marco's, they have the most amazing salads. Thanks guys, I have never been disappointed.
