It isn't quite often my family and I eat here , but when we do whether its eat-in or take-out we're always met with really good service. Our hostess this last time went above & beyond , really friendly and also shared some of her favorites with us. I wish she could've sat down and had dinner with us .. really sweet lady .
Stopped for lunch. Service was great. Food came out quick. The pecan. Strawberry, chicken salad was delicious, as was the shrimp and lobster chowder.
⭐️⭐️⭐️On my most recent visit the order was a disaster, several items were missing. Such as a lobster tail, broccoli, butter for the lobster and a large salad. The manager Bryan actually helped and was extremely understanding and kind.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food was very good and the customer service was great! My meal was only $40 and I got 2 lobster tails 2 sides, shrimp and bread! Can’t beat that with a bat! ?
I often come here for a salad with a piece of salmon because they always get the temp right when cooking my salmon. However I notice they had a new item on the menu... Lamb and it was delicious! The lamb was so tender and the wilted greens were such a compliment to the plate. I will be going back very soon for the lamb dinner.
Had a great meal today! Our server Shelly was fantastic! Great attitude & good conversation. We not only had a server but felt like a friend. A+
Went to dinner last night for date night.. was so unimpressed with the food. The steak was over cooked and when it was addressed they brought back a basically raw steak. Got one of the top choices in steak (bone in ribeye) The salmon was also over cooked. I was looking forward to this dinner and left very disappointed. The wait staff however was exceptional, attentive and very polite. I hate to say the experience with the food will keep me from returning to this establishment.
My bartender makes the best drinks ever and cowboy ribeye is to live for. Customer service and atmosphere is very nice
We went last night for my birthday and had 13 people. It only took 2 hours to be seated and the owner came to the table several times to make sure we had enough room. Other places in the area turned us away or said 4 hours to be seated
Don’t order ahead if you hungry, tired and headed in from shopping!! Ordered food at 7:00pm said it would be ready by 8:00pm get there, sign into space, patiently wait and still didn’t get food until after 8:20 and that was when we had to go inside and see what was the problem, meanwhile I’m watching people pull up and get there orders no problem! Also I included a tip when I paid yet I didn’t get curbside service or an apology for waiting. I understand short staff and things happen but a simple sorry for your wait would at least been bottom shelf customer service!
