Ordered two fulll size Detroit Style pizzas. Picked them up. When I got home I realized the full sized pizzas had been replaced with two lunch size pizzas in each box. Appears that my full size pizzas were replaced with left over lunch size pizzas.. Rather than the crust being crispy and buttery they are all doughy and chewy. The first and last time I will ever order from Little Caesars again.
Ordered via door dash and waited over 2 hours. No pizza and yet my card was charged. What a shame. Do not order this through door dash. You will be charged and never receive your order. Spent over 50 minutes on hold with door dash before I gave up. No customer service and no answering at the local chain. What a mess. I guess I am out 25 dollars without getting anything. Shame on them.
We used to prefer this location over the South Church one but it has gone downhill. I picked up an order yesterday and had to go back in for a missing item. Then realized when I got home that the new cheesy bread things my kids wanted to try were raw. My daughter bit into one and had a mouth full of dough. She had to spit it out. I pulled them all out and none of them were cooked and it was physically visible from the outside. Just raw dough. Disgusting. I did not have time to go all the way back since we had only went to that one because we were already on that side of town. I had to cook them myself so they were edible. Last time.we got pizza from there we had to put the pizza's in the oven for to cook them some more. We will stick to other store. They may overcook things a little there but at least its cooked.
This place is garbage, first time they couldn't get a 3 item order right, second time I called 3 times to place an order, no answer, drove all the way there and was told they were not taking orders an hour before they close. The girl that worked there was too busy talking to a car outside to work for a paying customer had a shower cap on and had an absence of motivation to do better in life. Worthless pizza place
Worse Experience I've ever had. Employee that was supposed to be working was dressed not any uniform looked homeless. She stood outside entertaining her company and said she didn't have time for customers. She needs to be fired worse service ever Refused paying customers entry to place orders.
My pizza was not done, it was uncut. When I called back I was hung up on multiple times.
They are very fast most of the time but the pizza ? is sometimes dried up if they give you one already made. Today our pizza was pretty dry.
Usually the pizza we get is basic, but still good.Last night it was disgusting... Went to pick up my order and the young lady who made my cheesy bread was sweeping when I entered. She did not wash her hands before making the cheesy bread.... ? I said something and was completely ignored. Tired and not even in the mood to wait another 10 minutes after already waiting, I just tossed it when we got home..The pizza was straight trash. The cheese pizza had wayyyy too much sauce, and the pepperoni barely had anything except a thin layer of bread and pepperoni..The young man that was working was very nice, though.
Absolutely horrible service!! I placed a pickup order 3 hours in advance and when I arrived my order wasn’t ready and the females behind the counter kept asking me if I was the door dash driver even after I told them I wasn’t . And they subbed part of my order that I didn’t even want all the while laughing it up with 2 homeless guys. Absolutely will never return to this completely ghetto establishment!!
Terrible experience. Waited upwards of 40 minutes on three occasions for a hot and ready pizza. The third time I ordered online and wasn't notified that my pizza was ready even while in the store. When asking about my pizza the staff were very rude.
