I’m a 44 year old man and for the first time ever saw the absolute start of donuts. Dumping the dough in! It is simple and small but made smile.I was trying to figure out the track of donuts and when I asked one of the employees happily obliged my inquiry and helped me figure the travel of yummy dough out.
This place sucks! I just ordered a dozen custom doughnuts and they got the order wrong so I of course asked them to fix it and they didn't do that right either. The service was horrible. The person at the drive thru was rude and continued to give us an attitude at the window as well. I will never be back. This has ruined any positive experience I have had here, it definitely wasn't worth it and I don't recommend this place to anyone if you want good service.
Krispy Kreme has delicious yeast Donuts. They are often times out of popular flavors. I haven't had a donut in a long time and they were very sweet which I guess is to be expected. The staff could be more pleasant but overall it was a good experience.
I really underestimated their coffee. This was my first time ordering their original glazed coffee and it was better than I anticipated. Once I got to the window to pay the gentleman working the window was kind and helped me decide how many sugars to add. I asked for half a dozen and got a dozen (only paid for half). Such a kind staff for an early Sunday morning.
We purchased a fundraiser card, which gives you a free dozen glazed with the purchase of a dozen. This makes the price so much better and of course the doughnuts were delicious!
I haven’t had a Krispy Kreme experience like this in over 15 years! This place was amazing! Unfortunately, over the last few years, the stores in Chicago have more or less closed down and we don’t have any like this anymore. So to find one in basically in their backyard was a gold mine. The store had the same old conveyor belt making the donuts fresh. You could get them immediately hot off the fryer! Highly recommend this location!

We went to this store for the first time, hoping for some glazed donuts and chocolate glazed. When there were no chocolate ones we asked if there were any “coming up” and the girl who stepped up to serve us said, “No.” We selected from the few choices and paid for them. As we were getting to the door, I saw another worker hand her a tray of chocolate covered glazed from a cooling tray, and she put them in the window.Clearly she knew they were there but lied. My husband walked back and told her he knew she had lied and didn’t appreciate it. She didn’t respond. We walked out and will not go back to that store.
