I called in my order ahead of time for a family reunion. It was ready on time, was good, and the staff was very helpful.
Chicken tenders were tough, to expensive and waited way longer then 12 minutes to get them, more like 30 to 40 minutes. I was very disappointed.
Absolutely terrible. Got home with my drive through order to find half of what we asked for was wrong. Lady at the drive through says “we can’t give you honey mustard if you get the family meal”. What?? Lol the entire experience was a joke. The rude manager was no help at all either. Said they couldn’t refund anything unless we bring the chicken back. Can they even legally take it back? Plus, I’m not driving 30 minutes back. We will just contact corporate. DONT GO TO THIS KFC.
Dont understand why in the drive thru and made to park and wait. No one was in front or behind me. Then had to flash my lights to get their attention. Saw them then pick up food I know had been sitting for 10 minutes. Then had the nerve to ask ME why I flashed my lights at them. SMH
I ordered the famous bowl. Boy was I surprised, it was not full and hardly any piece of chicken. Were they having a bad day.
Love KFC,but hated this experience. Heard people laughing and talking in the back.No one up front. Ended up having to yell for help. I don't think anything was precooked. It took forever to get our order. We ordered Supremes and fries. The chicken pieces were so thin and tough. More coating than meat. I was with my 83 year old friend. It seemed like most tables were dirty. She commented that if the dining room was that dirty with not a single other customer besides us, what did the kitchen look like.
I was really impressed with the service and quality of food. Even though the restaurant seemed to be short staffed and dealing with a sudden influx of afternoon customers. Every team member was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Tamika was my cashier and she was very friendly and brightened my day. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was juicy and very flavorful. I will be back.
Wow . This KFC was awesome. I know they were short staffed, but they were awesome. The food was absolutely fresh and hot. I had tenders meal and everything was outstanding. Tenders hot and crispy, biscuit was super fresh and fries were great!!Ron the cashier was very friendly. I very highly recommend this place to eat. Fresh, hot and friendly!!!
Food is ok, service is great, prices are wayyy too high for what you buy. We got a 12 piece tenders meal and it was over 30 dollars with tax. That is way too expensive.
The inside cashier had great customer service.
