The customer service is amazing and the staff maintained their professionalism but the working conditions is unacceptable. How do you have your employees working with no air conditioning?!!! If we don’t want to sit in there, why would you think the employees would be okay working it the smothering heat?!!! Unacceptable!!!
I finally tried their chicken sandwich. It was Pretty... Pretty... Pretty, good. This happened to be freshly cooked because it was still temp-hot. Not bad at all. I also ordered an 8 piece original chicken....... wait for it............ None of the chicken had salt in it's seasoning. I'm not kidding. Someone prepared the seasoning but it didn't have ANY salt in the mixture. Weird.
I went there in the middle of the afternoon .I got the 8 piece meal .The coàting was coming of the chicken .The mash potatoes and gravy were cold and the biscuits were cold and old ! It was the worst meal I've ever had .The only thing good was the Cole slaw .
It was nice to sit in a restaurant. We were greeted at the door, served quickly, and the food was good. The staff seemed happy to be there. The background music was great! Way to go KFC! Impressed!
The people were nice quality could have been a little more fresh may not try to stretch as far as they hydrated ?. But I would definitely go back and give another chance. Keep improving guys
Weather you want a fried chicken or any of their other great and tasty on their menu chicken pot pie is big enough for any size appetite if you have a little appetite you could have it for days
Came here to try a large meal for a picnic. Drive-thru there were two people on the loudspeaker talking over each other and were in a hurry. Ordered the Side Lovers Bucket. Biscuits and chicken were old and dry. Ordered the half gallon drink bucket too. Instead they charged us for it and gave us two large Pepsi’s with no straws instead. No silverware or napkins for the food or sides either. Only good thing was the fries. Haven’t had KFC in awhile. Should have chose a different one.
Nicest little ladies. Hands down best customer service and hospitality. They deserve a raise for being so positive during such tough times
Decided to go inside. Big mistake. They took 20 minutes to bring out my food even though I was the only customer. Then on top of that, there was a jalapeno pepper jar right at the cash register. After the lady finally brought my food, I asked for a few peppers. I had the exact change in my hand and the whole transaction would have taken all of 60 seconds. But the lady told me to wait. Then on top of that when I left, I realized, they hadn't given me my drinks. Had to go back and get them. Bottom line don't go inside, and double check your bag at the drive thru.
It's the closest KFC to me, but I get disappointed most of the time. I know that there is an employee shortage, and even my patience and smile, they dissed me. The store on Church St is much better
