I ordered the #5 Vito's at the Burlington, NC location. The bread tasted stale and looked old. I have been to numerous Jimmy John's and the bread has always been fresh tasting. With a new Jersey Mike's nearby, I will be getting my subs from them instead of my local Jimmy John's and sharing my experience with Burlington neighbors. I did call them to share this with manager, he pdidn't seem concerned about it. So freakin stale!
I ordered two sub's one with extra mayo and one with heavy mayo. I had to keep telling them to add more mayo to one of the sub's then the girl ringing up the order said we have packs of mayo at the end of the counter. The girls making the sub's had an attitude and was not wanting to do what I asked. If I ask for heavy mayo that is what I want and not for me to take a mayo pack home with me. The staff was not friendly at all.. BAD ATTITUDE. This was on Wednesday 01.19.22 around 5:30 pm.
My sandwich was good,but my daughter sandwich they left off the cheese,and oil and vinegar.She was upset when she got home to eat it.So make sure you check your sandwich before you leave.
Subway can get all the Famous Spokespeople that it wants to. If they want to compete with Jimmy John's then they better step up their game!!!
Bread was doughy, not cooked through. Otherwise good sandwich. Much pricer than Subway or Jersey Mikes. Associates could be more attentive. We had never been there and had to guess on a number of things and asks for cups and napkins.

I really don't like to give low ratings but in this case I felt I had to give 3 stars. The food is great. I loved it. However, this visit, as well as another not too long ago, the customer service was way off. I had placed an order online well in advance and given a time I'd be there to pick it up. Yet when I got there they had not even started on it. Instead of starting to get my order ready they continued filling orders to people in line and people coming in after me. I waited quite a while to finally get my order. Thus the 3 stars. They did give me an extra cookie though.
Can't beat Jimmy John's! The tuna sub was just what I needed on a warm day.
CassidyMade my sandwich and instead of adding the condiments to the sandwich like any other sub place. I get a Dijon mustard packet. She offers me no resolution. Except to leave my house and drive 30 mins back to the restaurant. If I would have know this is how you treat customers who buy enough to receive rewards I would have never used this app or registered my information on it. Don’t worry because it’s 10 other sub places that will put the condiments on my sub without any hesitation and free of charge. App will not let me load pics.
If I could give you guys a rating without any stars I would because you don’t even deserve this one star that I’m giving you guys I made an order it took over an hour for me to get the order and when it says it’s been delivered it’s not at my house and then you’re telling me I have to wait almost another hour to get my food because of a lunch rush when y’all had the correct address and information I will never eat or order anything from this company ever again
