My first time trying a sub from this place and it was fantastic! The staff were polite, the food was prepared fresh in front of me and it tasted great!FYI, when they say giant, they mean GIANT! I can't wait to go back and try something else from the menu!

First visit to this Jersey Mike's on S. Church Street in Burlington, NC. The store was very clean, staff both efficient, friendly and the food was very fresh. However, they were out of Sierra Mist and their Pink Lemonade beverages. Otherwise, I highly recommend and will return agaon.

Very bad customer service they told me it would take 2 hrs for bread and then said they had enough to make my subs and when I opened it at home it looked like they just threw stuff on it the bread was old and is was just not what I expected I’m very disappointed
Thought of Jersey Mike's because I knew they would have Gluten Free bread. Their app allowed me to place an online order for my Gluten Free sub. After the order was placed I received a phone call saying that they were out of Gluten Free bread.
Guy making the sandwich brought this up to a 2 for being so pleasant. I got there at 10:45 and I assumed it was open even thought the open sign wasn’t on (opens at 10:00). First thing I saw was no cash accepted, okay brought a card. Got sub and a cup. No sweet tea made yet so moved over to sodas no machines turned on yet. The counter was sticky and dirty and trash was coming out of the top. I just can’t imagine that it’s that dirty after 45 minutes. On another note. I tried the one in Mebane last friday and the girl came out of the back at 11:54 to announce no more orders were being taken.
The worst store i have ever been to. The order said 6 bags of chips they has 1. Then the employee said you can go get everything yourself with a attuide. No sir i can not i didnt put on a jershey mike short and not getting paid to do your job. Sorry help is not better THan no help.
