My family and I are traveling back home and needed food. Our son’s comfort food is pancakes (chocolate ones). He has ADHD as well as other emotional delays. He ate the whole thing! Our food was great. Our server (Shannon I believe her name was) was AMAZING! My daughter loved her chicken and fries and my Husband and I didn’t leave a crumb lol. Definitely adding this place to our must stop when traveling list! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went back after not having been there in a really long time. There was some sort of drug addict working I'm guessing watching dishes. he kept coming out all tweaked out. Not exactly the atmosphere I care to go to with my children. Food was cold. Order was not correct. We were the only table then 2 other tables had people. So no excuse for any of it. But your owners might wanna look at who you have working and what they are on. Disturbing to say the least.
There seemed to be a staffing issue. When we arrived, there was nobody at the front desk to greet us. That was fine, we figured that the person was in the back and would be with us momentarily. We waited and waited but nobody came. The particularly annoying part was that there was a server in the dining room who saw us waiting, but did not come over, or say, "someone will be with you in a moment" Finally we decided to leave thinking that if it was taking so long to even be acknowledged, we'd be there all night waiting on our food. Strangely, there weren't that many customers in the restaurant.
I didn't catch her name but she had green hair and was very polite! I haven't been at this location in years and I gladly will be returning! My weird pregnancy craving for chicken and waffles at almost 8am was so worth it along with the amazing service!
The employees are not very friendly and VERY RUDE. I will not ever spend another penny in your restaurant
Me and my family loved to go to ihop but the last 2 times we went it has been crazy packed. So we started doing the online order. Well, I got there early and went head inside. The lobby was jammed packed and finally someone asked "can I help you?" And then told me my order wasn't ready. I was like ok, I am 5 minutes early. .....1 hour later my food is still not ready and I had watched people be seated and then get right back up because they never even got there drinks. I understand everyone is short staff but its better to close then to keep giving service like this.
Stopped for breakfast and went to wash my hands before enjoying our meal. The soap was on the floor, obviously taking away the cleaning of hands. Once leaving the restroom, staff was notified, however, as we left another staff member notified and the surprise on her face said she had not set foot inside. I asked if she had been inside and watched as she opened the door. Didn’t stay to see the action or lack of. Won’t be returning.
The staff are overwhelmed and overworked. The bathrooms have multiple broken or empty items, ie no paper towels, a nonfunctional soap dispenser, and the toilet paper was in a large roll on the floor.Food is great but it will take a while to get to you. Hire more people and pay your staff more money.
Food was decent, but our waitress Cassie was amazing. I rarely ever write reviews but because of her amazing service, I thought I would this time. She definitely deserves the best. You can tell she really loves her job and gives it her all. Hard to find people like that these days. May JESUS bless her. :)
I ordered three meals on Door Dash and said it would be ready in 1 hour I’ve had a very good experience with Door Dash But IHOP like always takes forever to prepare meals. Door Dash called me to cancel the order because IHOP is useless and can’t prepare anything. Don’t recommend IHOP to Eat or Order Anything Nasty Place
