Staff is friendly enough. The food was pretty good. It was my first visit here in years. I definitely re-visit it.

On line order tonight. It was easy and fast. My sub was incredible. Roast beef and beef brisket - so tender and delicious. Only suggestion - I would feel better about picking my take out order up if it was behind the counter and a little more controlled. Too much accessibility to walk in traffic. ThanksHappy to donate to a great cause.
Food was real good but I ordered a small sub and he charged me for a medium
My hours prevent me from being flexible with pick up times, and sometimes I'm still at work when I place the order, and most of the time I'm unable to get there before they close. My order's have been cancelled 3 times now. They are never that busy when I've been there in person. If you don't need the business just close.
The absolute best subs I have ever ate and they are always nice when we come in to order.
Came in today's to use points that I have accumulated and Firehouse APP doesn't work....UGH! SO MUCH EASIER WHEN YOU JUST ENTERED YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!!!!! Getting ready to walk out and an employee actually cared enough about us to stop us and offer service!!! Thank you Brendan!!!
Sandwiches were very good. Service was a little slow due to not being adequately staffed. Staff was very friendly.
Delicious subs and decent customer service. I would like to know why Firehouse Subs is so cheap when it comes to there ac on the inside. Every store I've been in will have you sweating before you finish placing your order.
