Wonderful place to eat . Would definitely recommend it to others .
We walked in and sit for 10 to 15 mins waiting after being given a booth. 5 employees walked by(including the manage 3 of those times) acted like we wasn’t even sitting there and they weren’t even that busy when walking in. No drinkOrder was taken or anything. The manager was toBusy recognizing someone behind us and greeting them. Never had problems like thisBefore and we eat at this establishment atleast once a week… will be reconsidering this after this visit. Needless to say we walked out still hungry
They need to hire/train better servers. The point of a server is to serve. Gabby I would unfortunately not recommend. We had to ask several times to get a refill. We ordered bottomless chips and she brought one basket with the meal then gave us our check. I asked for lemon in my water and got a tiny lemon peel added that was smaller than my finger nail. They brought 4 ranches for the chips, the salad, the kid wings, and all 25 wings. The carrots and celery never made it to the table. She never came back to split the check so we waited at the front desk and ultimately another server gave us our to go boxes and split our check. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The food was good.
My wife and I first discovered this place a few months ago and really enjoyed it. We've come back 4 or 5 times since then, and sadly its gotten worse since then.They are grossly understaffed. Our last time we went it took forever to get family's order, and the restaurant was almost empty. The table was wiped down but still sticky. The order was messed up. The sweet tea wasn't sweet. The waitress was very pleasant, but everything else was disappointing. And this isn't the first time this happened at this location.They also have had major supply issues and lacking menu items, but I realize supply chain issues are impacting everyone.I hope they can turn it around.

We placed our order for wings for Super Bowl Sunday to be picked up by 5PM! Walked in, gave our name and our order was readily available as expected! AMAZING to say the least. I loved that we had the option for ALL flats for a small additional fee. We ordered 50 wings, 5 different flavors and we were not disappointed. They have over 60 flavors to choose from, so choosing our flavors was the hardest! LOL! We will most definitely order wings from East Coast Wings + Grill, again! The price and service was AMAZING as well!

After deciding to go out for the UNC vs. Duke game around 5:30 it was nearly impossible to find a restaurant some of those having waits 3 hours long. We found ourselves just cruising parking lot to parking lot, thank God we found East Coast Wings + Grill. We arrived and talked with Shelly the manager who cleared a section just for us and assured us we would be taken care of! She advised us right out the gate that they were training 2 new personnel and she would get us taken care of as quick as possible. They did that and way more! I can’t say enough about the staff at East Coast Wings + Grill, they definitely went above and beyond. The Chief Operations Officer (COO) was in the kitchen working diligently to make sure all customers were served with the best food possible. I could continue on how awesome this staff and food was however the words wouldn’t equal how pleased we were. We will be back very frequent and can’t wait to see everyone!
Wings are dry with little to no sauce. Marinara sauce that came with mozzarella sticks was dry and hard. Placed a to go order there were no napkins or forks in the bag. Overall very disappointing
East coast is a hit or miss place. If they make the food right it taste very good, but a lot of the times they really mess it up such as overcooking the chicken and it’s uneatable. If they do mess the food up you can usually ask them to remake it.
