Absolutely the worst Dunkin' in the United States! 4 drinks took 30 minutes. Each person handling one coffee at a time, holding up a drive thru into a main street. Zero rush to work. One employee standing there doing nothing until I asked about my coffee then she walked over to computer which had 15 labels waiting to be made. Needs to go to North and get out worked and down how to work and make coffee.
Went thru window pickup. The guy at window was not very friendly. Food was just as good as ever.
Looks like they could run more efficient with more employees that show up everyday. Which more than likely boils down to a management / pay situation. Hope they’re paying the 2 people, that seem like to show up everyday, more than average
Not crowded. Fast service. Good food and coffee. Nice employees.
Always mess up my oder or forget things in my drink or if not the drink is just awful. it’s always either too sweet or too bitter. Food is always cold or they’re out of something. I sometimes get denied breakfast because they won’t have time to make it. Please fix this establishment. I love dunkin.
Service and food is great, but the drive thru line backs up onto Church St.
Got a dozen doughnuts and a cup of coffee, some of the jelly doughnuts were not fresh, but the coffee was fresh and hot. The service was fast and friendly.

Poorly designed entrance leaves cars out in oncoming traffic.Ordered a large drink and it was not full. I asked if it could be a full drink and the person working looked at me like I was from another planet and had no idea what I meant. The drink itself was so sweet and strange tasting I couldn't drink it anyway.
I've been standing here for seven minutes and no one has even said hello. I'm literally the only one here. These are pictures of the empty store. Two minutes later...no on has even said hello. Never again.Update...Once I finally flagged someone down, she was very rude and dismissive. And to boot, the manager is RIGHT HERE. Customer service is dead.
