Came in for dinner on recommendation of a friend. Sat down at 8.30pm and didn't leave until 10.30pm.Service was extremely poor as the food indeed wasn't bad at all. The 5 or 6 wait staff in view spent more time at a single table socializing with an off duty employee than working. In 2 hours of asking I couldn't get silverware. To get an extra basket of tortilla chips for our appetizer it took 45 minutes. Asked for some extra ketchup since they only provide you small plastic cups, never came after asking twice. For ordering a chips and dip, club sandwich, and burger it took over 2 hours.....insane. May give this place one more try to see if it's any different but otherwise would never visit again, it was a poorly managed front of the house staff.The only good in this place was the food was decent and the restaurant had plenty of tvs to watch sports games. I will say the menu is a bit weird of basically burgers and sushi. Didn't try the sushi to talk on that, but the burgers looked okay....although the order did come out incorrectly.
Our team came in several weeks ago after a devastating loss in the regionals, and after being turned away from another late night eatery (because their laziness was being disguised as lack of staff) Drake's Burlington didn't bat an eyelash at our group of 20+, got 2 large tables, 2 waitresses, and did ask us to be patient with the kitchen as they prepared our orders. Our glasses never emptied and the food was out in a timely manner. To top things off Darryl Strawberry happen to walk by the boys and engaged them in conversation about their season, took time for pictures and selfies! Hands down great experience!
Three of us went out for an early dinner. The atmosphere is nice. They open the door and windows and it becomes like a shaded outdoor restaurant. The only issue with that is one person in our party was constantly fanning to cool herself off. Another issue, as soon as our food came, so did the flies?.The drinks and appetizers came out quick. It took a very long time to get the dinner. To the point our waitress kept coming over apologizing. Then two entrees came out but the side were cold. They sent new sides. It took ...maybe about 40mins or longer for me to get my food. That time sped up because the manager was going to different tables asking was everything ok, when she got to ours, she saw I didn't have food yet and then I told her I was still waiting. She did some magic and 10mins later came back with my fish tacos.The menu was a bit different, not sure I'd visit again unless I want a burger or something.
Great choices in sandwiches … yummy fried pickles .. super fast friendly service …. Loved my baloney sandwich … Ice cold Blue Moon unique presentation…

Drake’s, let’s do better. If I’m going to spend $16(tax included) for one plate of fish I’d like to make sure it’s worth it. The first two times I have ordered it they were large fillets and came with lemon. This third time that was not the case. If someone spends good money especially a regular patron please just make sure you provide good product. Overall I spent $80 on dinner for my family and I’m just not satisfied.
Teriyaki bowl was great! Our waitress Trudy B. wasn’t sadly. I’ve never had a bad experience here until now. I ordered a sushi roll that I never received. Our pretzel bread was burnt. We came in at 11am and our waitress came by 2 times and never refilled our drinks. I had to go find her for our checks and boxes. I’m disappointed because I usually have no issues and I love this restaurant!
Won't go 5 start but definitely high 4. Waitress was very push and I felt a bit rushed. After that spectacular. Food was great atmosphere perfect for what is advertised. Music people noise. There again noise was not obnoxious either. As I was perfectly able to speak and hear clearly at my table.
Tanner was the best waitress by far!
