My name is Sheila we went to the DQ at the Huffman mill location in Burlington NC, we ordered a Large onion rings we ask how many you get, the server said 7, but we were given six, no Big deal, they were delicious, so before we left, we ordered the X Large size, which she said we would get 12 Onion Rings, well this time we received 7,what a rip off, we paid a higher price for the large, all they did was put them in a bigger box. Tried to call no answer only VM. This is about principal, I appreciate being rip off.
You might be fooling all your corporate metrics by forcing all the drive thru patrons to stage up in the parking lot, but your customers aren't enjoying it.
Food is really bad.. They should really re-think their entire kitchen staff. My order was completely wrong and tasted like trash. Thanks for nothing.
I love dairy Queen but this one has horrible service. Every time you hit the drive thru they make you pull around and park. I even went one time and was the only one in line getting ice cream cones for my kids and they still made me park and it took almost 10 minutes. If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only place you can get blizzards I wouldn't go back. This has happened at least half a dozen times to me.
Ice cream is good. The fast food is overpriced
With a puppy platter to bring your favorite pet that waggles and he is also welcome and is anytime he comes with a location that is right on the walking path that we usually take and he wants to go too cloud part Bart border Collie and Australians sheepdog he always wants to go where he can find a good meal and you can tell that dairy Queen fits that bill
Waste of time & money! After waiting in the line for 10+ mins with 3 other cars over to the side for our food I received a $6 blizzard that was melted & running down the sides & my $9.99 box of 6 piece chicken that had a half of piece of soggy bread, no fries & no sauce. Shame on your DQ, after waiting that long seems like you could have done better!
The food's okay, not great . My gripe is they give you less ice cream for your money than they used to . Also the staff working the drive thru have bad attitudes . No thanks, come again, just thrust the food at you with no further response . Definitely won't come here again !
The absolute only thing good about this place is the ice cream.They should stick to what they are known for. Don't waste your money and time buying nothing else but the ice cream.
Best chili cheese dogs and the Butterfinger Blizzard has no equal.
