We love the ambience of this restaurant. We saw our favorite entree advertised which was shrimp and grits but they ran out at 7:00 and we were there at 7:30... very disappointing. We still enjoyed our entree selection!
I'm giving the restaurant 1 star, but I'm giving our waitress, Cameron 10 stars. We have been to this restaurant at least 7 times & every time we come in, we get seated fairly quickly only to be ignored by the wait staff. That just happened again tonight & we waited at least 20 minutes, no one even took our drink order. Cameron came to our table, outside of her section, and waited on us. Her service was prompt, courteous & very appreciated. She went above & beyond! We will ask for her section again!
This restaurant seems a lot better than it actually is. The prices are reasonable which is nice, but it just feels like the food is a little disappointing and does not match the atmosphere the restaurant has or even that sign in front of it that says "best pizza in town." The garlic bread you receive in the beginning is soaked a very unnecessary amount oil. If it weren't for the appearance of the building or the reputation they create for themselves, I would have enjoyed myself a lot more.My argument is that although the food of a business is the main attraction to it and the reason people go there, the surroundings in which your customers eat in will absolutely affect their overall experience and even how they perceive the food. Think through it this way: An Italian restaurant has fancy paintings all over and serves all drinks in wine glasses, even non-alcoholic products, it is only natural the expectations the consumer will have for the food will be quite high. This leaves a lot to be expected for the meal to come, and the restusrant has drastically increased their chances of disappointing their customers through their extravagant choice of decor. Although, I have to admit, Da Vinci's Table looks quite nice.But the again, I ate one of the pasta dishes. Their pizza may very well actually very delicious and live up to the sign up front. I'll have to try it next time.
This was the 1st time that I've been to this restaurant. The outdoor patio and seating area looked great. My friends and I were seated indoor. The decor was beautiful. Dimly lit. Great place for a romantic dinner. The margarita was nice. The lasagna, salad and garlic bread was delicious and prices were reasonable. $15 for lasagna, salad and bread. I would definitely do this again.
Our favorite place for Italian food. Good variety of pasta & meat meals as well as pizzas and subs. And the atmosphere is lovely. The garden/ out door dining area is beautiful. Makes you forget for a moment that you're in the city!
I love da Vinic’s table! I’m always interested in their daily specials and every entree I have ordered has been top notch. I love their house salad and their desserts are always unique and delicious. Their thin crust pizza is one of my favorites. All of the wait staff are pros….they are attentive and helpful.
DELICIOUS!! The pizza & pasta is amazing. We had a large group of 30. The staff was so nice, friendly and accomidating. The chefs are friendly and came out to serve and were friendly. We live 2 hours away but will definitely be back. Highly recommend da Vinci's Table❤❤
We recently moved to Burlington and had heard great reviews of this restaurant. So we arrived on a warm day and asked to be seated on the patio (we could not dine inside as our friend from California was still fearful of Covid). There was not a single person on the patio so I asked if we could select a table due to the strong wind. The hostess gruffly replied "No, we have to follow procedures." So the three of us were seated at a table for six in the middle of the patio. I asked if we could move to one in a less windy location and once again was denied. So we ordered a glass of wine and while the server was taking our order a gust of wind dumped my husband's full glass into his lap and onto the ground. I totally expected excellent customer service and for the glass of wine to be replaced, but no, the manager would not agree. We will not be back. Later on, new arrivals to the patio were given their choice of seating???

My husband and I stopped by and got Nick as per server. He was attentive and nice. We had the Rosemary Chicken which wax fabulous! We will definitely be returning.
