Not the best service and staff was kinda rude but, had purchase here several times and overall food is actually good.
Worst drive through/parking lot area ever!!! Worst cookout experience I’ve ever had. Long wait and rude staff. They also did not have the order when we got to the window.

I worked at a Henrico location the beef never frozen the tray is so cheap for the quality quantity 4 stars for vegetable quality soy grease and the worst chicken nuggets in history

literally the worst cookout ever! they gave me cold food and the wrong milkshake! never have a decent meal from this cookout. the one is graham is wayyy better.
Visiting family in NC and told we had to try Cook Out. So glad we did. They offer trays. They have an adult and kid's tray. The choices are plentiful. Included in the price is a main item, two sides and drink (one side for kids I think). Lots of good choices. We paid a little extra and got a shake instead of a regular drink. I suggest you "go for it's and pay the extra. So many flavors. Whenever we come back to NC we will return guaranteed! Better yet, Cook Out come to Iowa!!!
I came here on a lunch break(3rd shift) and I spent my whole break literally in line, i was in line 25 mins before I got my order taken and then waited another 10 mins for my food!!! Bad part is there was only 6 cars in line before me when pulling up. Never in my life will I ever come back here on a lunch break!! You can’t leave the line once your in it and they had no carbon drinks, worst experience ever!!
