Their business says they close at 10 but they locked the doors at 9 something so nobody could order and they wouldn’t answer the phone to ask what time they closed. This is the second time this has happened to me here at this place.
Closes early every night. Multiple times have showed up 5 minutes below closing and the door is locked and they won’t let me in. Not to mention all the times on the site are wrong saying they close at 11. When you show up at 9:56 and can’t even get in when the door says 10pm, that is ridiculous.
Love the ice cream here ??..you can order tru doordash ..take out and you can dine in too .

The manager was upset and rude due to the fact that I requested for them to fix my order when they had made the wrong one.One of the reason why they did not hear my actual order was because they where vacuuming as they had a high volume of clients coming in.
Ì had ice cream sandwiches delivered via Door Dash yesterday. I called the store first for assistance, and the girl who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful! Order was spot on! Coldstone is the best!
My wife used doordash to place an order here. I ordered apple pie a la mode with Graham cracker crust, cinnamon, caramel, and whipped topping. 30 some dollar order for 2 ice creams. Instead of Graham cracker crust walnuts were used. Thank god i gave my son the first bite. Chock full of walnuts that im allergic to. They forgot my wifes waffle bowl. Call the store n the young lady says sorry nothing i can do. Contact doordash. Doordash says nothing they can do so basically an ice cream i cant eat for 13.00 n my wife doesn't get what she paid for. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Even if we ordered thru doordash the store made the mistake but passes the problem. Im Completely dissatisfied with this transaction. I was basically stolen from. UNACCEPTABLE. The picture is all the walnuts from less than first half. This could have killed me. Thanks for nothing to the young lady that answered the phone.

I ordered an item and specifically asked the young lady, to make sure, she added an additional topping I requested. I paid over $10 and didn't get the additional topping I asked for. All the manager wants to wants to just apologize. No thank you, I will not purchase from this location again.
I ordered ‘like it’ size ice cream , just one. It took 25 minutes from walking in to walking out. They were taking an order for 10-15 minutes from a customer in front of me, the order size was normal. Totally they were 6 employees, two in the back room and 4 of them in the storefront. All 4 of them were checking and moving stuff around and making ice creams, nobody was billing them. It took more than 5 minutes for me waiting for them to bill me, finally I have to ask them to come bill my order. It wasn’t even busy at that time.
