The food at Chipotle gets 5 stars. I do pick up 2 or 3 times a week but not at peak times. The restaurant itself only gets 4 (might should be 3) because the take out area is small and understaffed. I also think the process is severely flawed. During peak times it can take almost an hour from your order time to get your food. I watch them make meals and line them up on the counter and they sit there for too long waiting to be bagged. It's VERY inefficient.
Flies all in the proteins and the server continued to stir up the meat. He even stated, “I see flies all the time”. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
I have never seen a chipotle run this terribly. The garbages were all overflowing inside, most of the stuff by the drinks was empty, every table was also dirty, and outside was full of garbage too(there were no cans outside). We ordered online when we got there because the line was just about out the door and figured it would be quicker but we were very wrong... We ended up waiting almost half an hour longer than our food was supposed to be ready. Now one might just say there were understaffed but they were not. There were three people making online orders, one on the line for incoming customers, one person at the register and at least three people cooking. All that being said our food was still delicious but these things really leave a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know what is going on here but something needs to be done.
This has got to be THE WORST Chipotle!! Thought we'd give them another try, and yet again NO CHIPS @ 7pm on a Sunday night. Also no BEANS - pinto or black!! Very poor management, I don't care how busy you may be. Repeatedly out of chips at a "Mexican" restaurant is unacceptable.
I've been a few times, but today was the last I think. The attitude of the staff was awful. The person in front of me walked out because no one ever finished her oder and left her standing there. I insulted the girl by asking for a burrito instead of a bowl because she had to clean up. Was not packed either. Do not recommend. Go to Moe's. Much better service and in my opinion food.
My boyfriend and I visited this location today and had an amazing experience. We both ordered burrito bowls and they were absolutely spectacular. We want to recognize the team and Patricia for showing up to work and providing their customers with awesome food and service. They all deserve raises !! ?
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I never take the time to complete a review but I don’t think I have much of a choice in this matter. When you walk inside, the attitudes are very unwelcoming.But I was able to look the other way. As an older lady is fixing my food, she decides to pull her phone out of her pocket and check her phone. She proceeds to put cheese and lettuce on my bowl with the same dirty gloves she used to play with her phone. The whole time I am standing there just stocked! She continued using the same germ infested gloves to make other bowls & burritos. When I got home, I threw the bowl away. I hate wasting food & money! This place should inform their employees about cleanliness. Yeah, I should have said something immediately but I didn’t want to cause a scene especially since the place was full. But the Burlington site will never get my money again.
They wouldn't sell us chips, said they were only for online orders. This made no sense because I could sit down and place an online order for chips. I didn't bother because I'd be finished eating my food by the time the 10 minutes passed to pick up my chips and then food would be cold. Apparently a rule from upper management. Besides also being out of regular cheese, our food was good and most staff trying.
Never order online from Burlington Chipotle. They always forget to add something and fill your bowl up halfway. I ordered and they gave me no rice. I have never had a good online order experience.
We cannot say enough good things! We are a food allergy family. This location was super knowledgeable with food allergies. The kind manager went above and beyond to make sure we would get safe meals for my family. We have always loved the taste of chipotle, however this is the best experience and service we’ve ever had at any chipotle location. Also. Thank you Katrina for such good communication which led us to eat here. And the place is super clean.
