I Ordered my food an went to pick it up she read it back to me before I payed an didnt get the right food an had to pay to get my food corrected. On top of that there all in the back eating food while cooking. While there child is running there cashier. Golden gate is the best in alamance county by far
I’ve lived in this area close to a year now. As much money as I’ve spent there I can’t believe how rude they are. Specifically asked to have no pork in my order. Food was still delivered with pork cooked in it and they had the nerve to try and get me to keep part of my order that had been cooked with pork in it. I explained to them when I placed the order that it would make me and my gf sick. They didn’t even want to correct the issue. Tried to rush me along and rudely discuss making my new order as if I made the mistake. If you’re not willing to have good costumer service owning a restaurant you’ve definitely lost a customer!
Food not Cook properly serving uncooked chicken people are rude disrespectful when you call and explain to them that your order is wrong and they keep telling you that’s how it’s constantly cooked it’s not good and it’s unhealthy

I just had a delivery today and it was fantastic! The delivery driver was kind, friendly and everything was delicious! I haven't had their food for a while, used to get takeout 2-3 times a week. Omg ? I've missed the best food!

We went to place the order over the phone. It was about 40 minutes before closing so it’s understandable if they can’t deliver within that margin, but when my friend asked if we could place a delivery order, the guy on the other end just shouted “NO,” and she asked if we could order for pickup and he again shouted “NO” and hung up, leaving us utterly gobsmacked.
