overall terrible service. took forever to be seated. took too long on food and waitres forgot about us several times after I asked for the check.
Visiting colleagues in town, decided to go to Chili's for lunch since I haven't been there in years. I had dessert as my appetizer.The food was tasty and I was not disappointed. My drinks also tasted refreshing. The service was great. The staff was kind and respectful and always checked up on me to make sure I was doing well with no problems.
I would often order Chilis through door dash on the weekends. My husband and I decided to go into the restaurant one day to sit down and it was horrible. The restaurant was filthy. There was trash everywhere and the servers just continuously walked over the trash in the floors. When I went to wash my hands the bathroom wasn’t any better. I will no longer dine with this location.
Hostess seemed very confused. I went to pick up a call in order my parents placed. She had no idea what I was saying. After several minutes of looking for my name on call ahead seating, she directed me to curbside. The young lady at curbside was helpful though.
It's a good place. Our waitress was great and upbeat. (Thank you Debbie!) They were busy so we had a longer wait for our food. It arrived warm but not hot. We enjoyed our time there and will go back.
Online order was placed and not ready for pickup as stated in the order confirmation. We were fine with waiting, but it took an extra 20 min for a burger and fries! Then the burger and fries were ordered wrong, so the manager tried to say it was input incorrectly online (which is weird bc we order burgers online at least 2xs a month so we know the menu).I went back to check the order and it was correct online. Had to wait another 15 min for a burger and then they gave the same FF which were cold!! No refund or compensation from the female manager, but the to go workers were very apologetic (although they don't cook the food). THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION!!
The food was great. We were told they didn't have many staff and the place was half empty but yet we were told a hour to hour and a half wait and possibly longer. We asked if we could go somewhere and kill some time and they said sure. Within 30 minutes our party of 5 got a text. Our server was new but he was friendly and fast. He kept our drinks refilled and got anything else we asked for despite being short staffed. Have eaten at this location several times and never had any issues.
We had really bad service. It started even from the hosts who were not friendly or helpful. Then our server got the orders wrong but we couldn't even find her to tell her for half so hour. They are not running in a way that gets customers in and out with ease which is costing them money. I waited and 45 to try and pay. So much waiting that my 3 year old fell asleep at the table. We arrived at 6:30 and didn't leave until 9:42.
Waited 45 minutes for the appetizer and another 30 for soup and salad. All in all I was there 2 hours waiting on the server to just bring the check so I could leave. Worst experience ever.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 3 or more. I waited for 2 hours for absolutely no reason. We were a 7 top and they already had a 20 top so i understand a 45-60 min wait and i completely understand that they were short staffed but it was still no way i should have been waiting that long. I worked in the restaurant biz for 2 years and i started from them bottom so i get the whole system. I will definitely be calling corporate because there was no way we should have been waiting that long as well as the hostess was eating fries severs were sitting around it was simply like they didn’t want to take us. I will definitely call corporate and DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! Unless you come on a full stomach and want to wait all night.
