I got a four piece tender large fry no salt and a large sweet tea at the drive-through I also requested extra condiments ketchup Polynesian sauce and a couple of extra mints they put it in go to the window the girl they gave it to me I ask her I said did you put catchup in there yes I did so did you put extra I put everything that you need in it OK so I left because they were busy not that busy but busy so I started down the road jumped on the interstate starting on semester I had no catch-up to napkins to Polynesian sauces and no mints so I'm confused and then when you try to call back no one wants to answer the phone I'll call you back I would give them a big fat zero for service attitude and following instructions. It was the Chick-fil-A on University in Burlington North Carolina
My family goes to Chick-fil-A alot and we stopped here on our way back to Virginia and will say most of the food was fine except my wife's chicken sandwich bun on the bottom was hard as a brick and the chicken had alot of grissel or fatty sections,not a good quality chicken patty at all,she said it was the worst sandwich she ever had and she's had a ton over the years, the lemonade was also alittle watery, luckily we'll probably never be at this location again in NC. They definitely need to do better.

Regular Chick-Fil-A food: chicken was good, fries were hot and salad was fresh. Excellent service: above and beyond, not only checking on tables to make sure everything was good, but even doing things to make our visit better without being asked.

The food was great as always, you know them nuggets! What really impressed me was the costumer service, really humble and nice people. Specially Janet our server who made our visit even better!!
Says they are open online; drove 33 miles further down the road to go to this location. A sign on the door states “closed at 6PM due to inclimate weather” 1hr before we arrived. The “inclimate weather” occurred over 24hours ago. Poor excuse; we will never go out of our way again to visit.
Chick-fil-A treats you right! It was time to eat and I did not have much time. Even when lines are long Chick-fil-A is so efficient. I never worry about how long the line may be. No one moves a line like Chick-fil-A.Great food!

After a day of shopping we decided to have a milkshake. Ordered on the app for curbside got to notification that order was ready and a team member would be out with it, 25 mins later I went inside to get the order and the worker was polite and asked my name I gave it to her and she said they would be right out with it. The nice worker handed us our order and explained that sometimes drink orders get misplaced. When we got the milkshakes we ordered they were melted and we didn't even drink them. So disappointed
