I come to Chick-fil-A daily every day I come here these people are awesome they know me by name but you know what I ordered well today I forgot my wallet they took care of it as long as I pay it back tomorrow they did not have to do this but I did but like I said this Chick-fil-A is awesome just awesome Manager saw that it was me and the host William Realized it was me and then I forgot my wallet I could not be so the manager and William took care of it I could not ask for a better place to come through every day if your order is not right all you have to do is let them know and they will fix it I have been here every day for two years they have never given me the wrong order and I’m not just saying that that is the truth they have never given me the wrong order I messed up my order never so I cannot say enough about this Chick-fil-A and the nice really nice folk that work here….. thank you Chick-fil-A for always being professional and to me every time I come here how many other places can you forget your wallet one day end up at a park I don’t know of any other place how many other places I never got your order wrong I can’t name one except Chick-fil-A Garden Rd., Burlington, NC the people that work here the managers employees they are great people they know me by name they know what I order on a daily daily Basis. Thank you employees at Chick-fil-A and thank you text link thank you for being professional and courteous and just taking the time to always get my order right and the drive-through line is always moving it never takes more than 3-5 minutes from start to finish….. Never been disappointed with food or service in my whole life!!! Fastest drive-thru ever
We went here on a Monday night for dinner. My daughter and I ordered the kids meal. It was pretty busy when we got into the drive through line. It didn't take long to order but at the location on the side of the building where you get your food, they were handing out food in a very scattered, disorganized way. People five cars behind me got their ice cream before I did. The ice cream came out separate from the meals. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food and we were blocking the cars behind us from leaving the drive through. They need to work on first in, first out.
I have had bad experiences here but they always fix it. I'm running out of superlatives for Chick-fil-A. Just an awesome company
I’m not usually the type to leave your reviews, especially in the food business… however this morning I got breakfast and I was missing a few items from my purchase. I got these from the drive-through line and pulled over and went in the restaurant and kindly showed them my missing order. I was very impressed by all the people asking if I was taken care of with my issue. …. I was not very impressed that they did not seem to resolve the issue in a timely manner. It definitely seemed very unorganized and chaotic in there this morning around 10 or so. I really hope it is not like this the next time I go because it was not worth my time nor money.

The food was good. They had double lines which moved quickly. Everyone was very courteous and friendly even with what seemed to be never-ending customers. Because of the great service, and good food, I will visit again.
