There food is Excellent first ive had in nc
Loved the Alaskan fish. Food all well prepared and tasty. Staff very polite and attentive. Biggest gripe is food served in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. OK for take out but not for dine in. Not to mention the environmental impact of so much throw away trash. Don't think prices reflect any savings of not having a dishwasher.
The staff was very friendly! You order at the counter and then they bring the food to your table. The food was very fresh and delicious. The fish and shrimp was lightly breaded, which made it a lot less greasy than at Captain D's or Long John Silvers. They have several country-styles sides to choose from. We really enjoyed it!
The popcorn shrimp were so good! Crispy on the outside, while tender and juicy on the inside, unlike the typical dry and hard all the way ones we've always seen elsewhere. We also liked the alaskan fish fry.The green bean, corn on the cob, and fried okra sides were great too, and our baby loved eating them (I did peel the fried okra and gave her only the okra portion without fried portion).The atmosphere is great inside with the colorful and fun decoration. Staff was so friendly and helpful.We are so glad we stopped by.
Just left Carolina Fish Fry Co. In Burlington NC. Been wanting to try it since they opened an I was not disappointed. It's honestly they best seafood around an I ain't even joking. Food was SUPER HOTT an fresh. Best service An the place it's really nice on the inside. Very cheap for the amount of food you get too I was surprised. My new favorite place to eat in town.
To start with the good, mashed potatoes are really good, The shrimp was good , the scallops are good, The hush puppies were really good. They were out of sweet tea, be in the south that's blasphemy, lol. We got a Alaskan fish sandwich it was so salty and I normally like extra salt but it was too much for me. The flounder was way over salty as well, not really edible because of the salt. Now if you peel off the breading the fish itself was good an fresh not fishy. I'm not sure if we will go back or not, May try one more time to see if it was just a fluke.also Not a fan of the clams. Potato salad was so-so nothing to write home about taste like carton potato salad, I should give them my recipe for potato salad. I would like to give them one star but it did have some good things so they get two stars. I will update if I go back.
Great Service and food is Excellent ! Plenty of Options! If you like Pork Chops , this is the place to come and get a Variety of Good Eats ! This was my First Time there , I was really Impressed with Cleanliness and Personnel’s concerns of Health and Service to Customers ! When You come in just look at their menu and order and pay before you sit down , they will bring the food to your table .
I went with my parents and we all loved the food and service! They have affordable specials. The Alaskan fish basket is delicious as well as the hushpuppies. The batter on the fish was light and crispy. The service was fast and the employees were very polite and friendly. No complaints!
Very good variety, portion sizes and the taste was awesome! Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family. we had grilled and fried shrimp, potato salad, cole slaw, hush puppies, mac and cheese, fried okra and flounder... it was all delicious!
Food was fresh, perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Grilled Crab cakes were delicious, hush puppies full of flavor, pop corn shrimp and clam strips tasted better then I've had I a long time!Will definitely be ordering from here again!
