Best QUALITY Mexican style cuisine in Alamance county! Every dish on their abundant menu is so flavorful, fresh and nicely put together! Margaritas are just the way you like em, with a kickStop wasting your money on the name sake of mediocre at best "La Cocina" and "La Fiesta".This place will have you wanting to come back the next day!
Took my grandson for his birthday. He had a choice of any restaurant and this is one of his favorites!The service was fast and great. The food is so delicious! I ordered coffee although it was mid afternoon. I believe it may have been instant coffee though not positive.They sang for his birthday which I appreciated.Definitely recommend this restaurant!
Worst shrimp cocktail I've had in a while.I came back for the shrimp cocktail since its one of the few places with decent shrimp cocktail.However I left full of disappointment.This time the shrimp cocktail was awful, horrible, lack of flavor and warm. To the point that I had to ask for extra condiments so I could make it edible.The lack of interest and apathy of the server didn't help as well.
We always have such a great experience at this hidden gem! The staff is always SO friendly and provides the best customer service. The food is WONDERFULLY seasoned and they always accommodate how spicy we want it ? Their menu is massive and we have yet to experience anything less than delicious. Not to mention their margaritas are to die for! They are perfectly strong and well mixed every time. They have great options for vegetarians, so this spot is perfect for our family of varying diets! Our meals always come with the best fresh free salsa and warm chips. Seriously, Cancun is so underrated! My favorite Mexican restaurant between Charlotte, Greensboro, Durham, and Raleigh.
This is a decent traditional Mexican restaurant. My burrito was delicious and the salsa was was made fresh. I ordered takeout but I was greeted by multiple people and my transaction was smooth and quick.
Our soccer team was in town for a tournament and the restaurant accommodated our group of 25+ and was able to give us separate checks. We made reservations in advance but the restaurant seemed understaffed and our server tried her best but seemed overwhelmed, however food was delicious. Several people in our group had the mixed fajitas which were great. We also had burgers, salads, the menudo soup and quesadillas, all good. There were no complaints about the taste of the food. Drinks were good too. Mango margaritas were on point. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is because the server brought out the food in pieces. So if you ordered fajitas you received the fajita skillet but also needed a plate of rice, beans and all the fixings then another wrapper of the tortillas. We asked for the tortillas several times but they were brought out all at once after the skillet of fajitas had cooled off. I understand we were a large group but the fact that the whole dish didn't come out at once took away from its enjoyment. I would like to go back in a much smaller group as I'm sure that was the issue. I cannot say it enough the food was really good. Worth the visit.
This was your normal Mexican restaurant. Chips and salsa was fresh made. I will say they were tasty. Had the lunch special fajitas. Everything was good overall. Service was good and not lacking but when we went they weren't busy.
The staff is ALWAYS nice, very attentive even when its a full place. Love the food. Never a miss.
The restaurant has good food
We have been eating at Cancun since they opened and will no longer be returning after tonight. The restaurant is responsible for their patrons and should ask unruly parties to leave if they are creating a disruption for other parties. The restaurant allowed this party to stay at the table very intoxicated, using extremely inappropriate language and continued to serve them alcohol even though it was obvious they should no longer be served. Very disappointed in our experience and their lack of concern for the others in the restaurant.
