I’m only writing today because I’m tired of the 20+ chances I’ve given this location to redeem their poor work ethic and attitude. Every day I go through the drive through at this BK there’s a different problem. Then, there’s the extra attitude which is not appreciated.Please keep in mind my criticism does not imply all staff members. The drive thru crew has been sub-par for about two years.If they don’t change their attitude & work ethic, the new McDonalds and BoJangles that are being built down the block will make them change and be better.
3rd time in a row I’ve got my order wrong. I don’t eat red meat. I always order impossible whopper and 8 jalapeños bites. I manage a fast food restaurant so I understand the under staff situation. But the wait is always long and the order is wrong. The cashier didn’t even know my order when I pulled up to the window I had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. I got a cheese burger and small order of fries and small order of jalapeños bites. Cashier looked in my bag and made sure so I thought they must’ve gotten right this time but nope. Management needs to take action for lazy employees who don’t care about the business or customers.
Arrive at burger King at 7:10 am and was told they will not be serving breakfast until 7:30 or8 am just sad and want be coming back you don't expect to be told you can not get breakfast until employees get it together
I went to the North Church Street Burger King location and I had a great little cheeseburger it was hot and fresh and made exactly how I like it let us extra mayonnaise and ketchup and it was perfect a little mayonnaise on top a little on the bottom and the bun was just soft and fresh and the hamburger you could tell it had been cooked fresh as well. And I ordered extra cheese and they actually put a slice on top and a slice on the bottom that's just common sense to me why would you put both slices on top LOL anyway good job North Church Street working thanks for a good little cheeseburger!
Staff was friendly even tho they were understaffed & were getting the food out fast.
I went through drive thru sat for 20 minutes when I got to the order screen after 5 minutes I heard sorry we aren’t taking any more orders ? no explanation was given why !! Sorriest Burger King I’ve ever been to if I could have give 0 stars I would have
Not fast for a fast food restaurant. Waited awhile. Some people drove off. They had my order right though. Well most of it. I asked for 2 orders of cookies and got 1 order. This particular BK is usually slow, but they have good customer service.
Came up here for lunch and it was pretty busy but no complaints. My food was hot, no attitudes at the window and friendly service during the rush! Ms. Kyesha at the window was very friendly and sweet. 5 stars!!
Everytime i go there the system is down & they Cant take orders..it is by far the worst BK in nc..they should get 0 stars but 1 star is all i can give..
The food is fine, but the people aren’t super friendly.
