The wings were so good and the service was excellent. And she knew how to pour a beer compared to BW three standards. I pointed out to her I realized when they started shorting people years ago BW threes saying the taste it was better when they had ahead but I was happy with her poor and she was very nice. I did point out I feel it’s not good that BW threes makes them do this she was an excellent personality and help I really appreciate her. They work very hard at this restaurant.
I came to dine in at about 11pm on Tuesday March 15th. I was immediately greeted with negativity when none of the servers wanted to take my table and offered me to sit at the bar. Considering I am not 21 I denied the offer and was met with an eye roll by the person whom ended up being my server. The service was bad all around. She never checked on us, I had to call her over for whatever we needed and each time she either huffed and puffed or rolled her eyes. The appetizer which was chips and queso came out cold and needed to be sent back. Then once our food came out she never came back to check on us. The workers who I assume were servers and hosts were obnoxiously laughing and having personal conversations right at the greeting station. Furthermore there was a half eaten chicken wing under my table which immediately threw my appetite away. Not only is it gross but it is extremely unsanitary. I’m not sure how or why that was over looked when we had to wait to be seated so she could “clean the table”. The servers name on the receipt was Charlie. I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed with this experience because I have come here on plenty occasions and have never experienced something like this.
*edit* I decided to give them another chance and it's much better this time. Correctly made.-old review below-Unreal. second time in a row ordering buffalo wild wings through Doordash, the first time was delivery burger had everything on it (not what was ordered). This time my wife went to pick it up. The fries were cold and soggy. both times the burger has been wrong, not to mention that they weren't even that busy tonight yet our food that had a 55 minute wait time was cold by the time I was given it. I suspect it probably sat out for 15-25 minutes before they hit the button that said it was ready. I used to work at a restaurant, they are just "forgetting" to say it's ready to pickup.$14.79 for a burger just for it to be wrong. TWICE.We won't be ordering from here again. once is a mistake, twice is a pattern.
My brother and I both Placed an online order over an hour in advance. When I went in there were 4 people at the front counter and none of them acknowledged me after looking at me. They all went back in the kitchen. Then after I got someone’s attention I had to wait 5 minutes past my order time for just one of our orders and we’re told the next would be right out. After a few more minutes of waiting we sat down and started eating our food from the first order. After 20 minutes went by we got up to check. Once again no one would acknowledge us until we grabbed someone. While trying to talk to someone we were told to “pick up our mess” as a customer eating in a restaurant. And there were maybe 6 tables in the restaurant with equally as many servers. That was when I said to cancel my order which they wouldn’t do and kept saying it was almost ready. I finally got someone to cancel it and they said it would take 7-14 business days for a refund. I wouldn’t eat here unless you like spit or hair in your food because the way they acted that’s probably a common ingredient
Placed a takeout order 2 hours in advance went in to see 4 people at the host stand, they all looked at the ground for a few minutes before I just asked one of them if I could get my order. The girl looked annoyed and disappeared for 10 minutes to come out and say it’ll be another 2-3 minutes, no big deal I work in a restaurant it happens places get busy. Another 15 minutes go by and still nothing and at that point I just asked for the order to be cancelled and they said I can get my money back in 7-14 business days? Don’t bother wasting your time here these people definitely spit in the food the way they act
Service was terrible. They brought my wings out ten minutes before my wife's food. Then they brought hers once mine was cold. Then after we where finishing they finally brought out the app after we tried to cancel it.We asked the general manager about it. apparently it's restraunt policy to "bring hot food hot". Which I guess if that's what works for you this is place but we thought it was awful.Anyways I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was exceptionally bad.
Ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese . Literally hard when it came out and had this massive pile of bread crumbs in the corner of it , as you can see I poured most of it out onto another plate and there’s still a pile right where it was , trash
So I purchased 50 wings for New Year Eve. I went to location and had to wait after putting in online order. I was patient so left and came back. Picked them up finally 30 minutes later. After getting them home ready to eat. I opened both pans of 25 each. Chicken had none of the sauces I picked and absolutely no seasoning at all and was undercooked. So undercooked that my husband had to cook them again. We could have took them back but the drive from where I live to Buffalo Wild Wings is not a close one. I was able to take pictures of the undercooked, disgusting wings we received. Very disappointing because I've never has an issue with any Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever ate it until now. Do Not Recommend or at least not this one.
Stopped here mid week after dropping off some things near by for a friend. I was starving, and a cold beer sounded good. The last time I went to Wild Wings I had a pretty good experience, the food and the service was pretty good. At the Burlington Wild Wings though there was no greeter, no signs, no straight forward way to get in a seat and get served. I saw a waitress and asked if I came in the wrong door looking for direction. She looked and me and kept on walking in to the kitchen area. I waited for a few more minutes but no one passed. So I just walked to the bar. The Barkeep there briefly turned and saw me sit down but then turned back around to continue fumbling with something at the register. She didn't say I'll be right with you, hello, nod, or anything. After about 5 mins she turned and sounded slightly annoyed and asked what she could get me to drink. I ordered a tall beer. Fine she got that for me, and then asked if I wanted a menu or is it just gonna be the one beer. She was a little passive aggressive. I get that it was mid week and not many people looking for food and beer. Not very good prospects for tips etc... But Damn. I ordered the 15 traditional wings and had 2 more beers with the wings. Wings were just moderately warm, the skin was gooey to chewy, Sauce was pretty good. My bill was $40 plus $7 tip. She did come back around for beer refills appropriately and asked if everything was OK after the food arrived, She warmed up a little bit after she saw that the tab was heading north of $10. Still y'all need to work on your people skills, I damn near walked out. If I wasn't so hungry I probably would have. 2 Stars or circles whatever they are, work on greeting people and at least acknowledging their existence in under 5 mins.
Yum food. Thanks Pinky for great service.
