No wings, not enough waitresses, ant all over the place outside. Took my group 40 minutes to get there food. Really!!
The food was great! But they didn't have bartender that could make mix drinks just had beer. The staff was great if a little overworked tonight, they was busy busy.
The wings were really good as always but tonight they really messed up. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and got a BBQ chicken pizza. When we finally got our pizza but it was extremely greasy and there was a chicken bone in it (I guess to take the place of the lack of chicken)….see picture. I’m not sure who the new owner is but you really need some adult supervision/management here because the teenager/twenty something’s lack the initiative to actually do their job. You had 2 teenagers running the bar & restaurant and the girl would only run food to her tables even though she was just standing there doing nothing. Also please get your tap beer lines fixed. Every single beer that people ordered was all foam because your lines run outside and gets warm. You are wasting beer and money. Again, you need adult management to run this place.
The lemonade was horrible, and when we asked for something different, she brought a new lemonade that she said she just made so it should be better. (it wasn't). I had to ask someone else to bring my wings from the kitchen. I could see them, and we were the only table there.... 3 servers standing around but none of them were mine and my food was just sitting there. The pizzas came, and I had ordered cauliflower crust. It didn't look like the crust I get at other locations, so I questioned it... Waitress insisted it was right. Seems like none of the staff is interested in helping anyone.
Pizza was pretty good. Its definitely better than the chains. We got a couple different pizzas. The shrimp one was the best out of the few we tried. We ate wings as well the wood fired gave them a great taste. I didn't have any beer but it looked like they had a decent selection.
Pizza: modification allowed, cauliflower crust a bit over done. Pasta: good but served with only a small maybe not so fresh section of French roll. Would have preferred a garlic toast and the pasta wood fired for a second. Great that they grate their own Parmesan but didn’t get enough to taste or preference. Draft Root beer gets a 2 star by me but the other diner with me Really liked it. Where is the sanitation grade notice? Train the server.
The place was very busy and a bit short staffed. So we sat at the bar and had a beer while we waited to be seated. Our waitress Barbara was doing a great job. She was our waitress even after we were seated outside. While at the bar we noticed she was clearly a great leader and took care to make everything was right. Food was great as was our visit. Thanks
Cannot believe I've never been there before. Hawaiian pizza was smoky and sweet. Perfect cheese blend. Couldn't stop eating. Have daily specials. You can order those any day of week!
Customer service was great the drink selection was limited and it was it mostly beers of different varieties. I can't judge the pizzas there as I only had the one mushroom. so a second trip is gonna have to happen soon.
Wonderful pizzas! Personal sized, gourmet options, wonderful staff! Very happy with our experience and our server Gia was exceptional and knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend!
