I used to eat Bo Jangles a lot... I came here recently for breakfast ordered 4 sausage biscuits a side of fries and bo rounds to split between 4 people and two teas to split between 4 people tell me how did the total come to $26 I'm glad I didn't order the combo for everyone lord knows we could've had a sit in restaurant experience at a non-fastfood restaurant for that price! The food is good but we'll chalk the prices up to inflation... I guess...
Super slow drive thru service
Very clean and polite. I asked my friend if they had an extra fork and appearently an employee on break overheard me and offered to go get me one. That was extremely kind of them to be willing to serve the customer while on break. I told her that it was ok and thanked her because I did not want her to waste her break. The other employees were very nice as well and the food was very good. 5/5 stars.
I had the worst food from this Bojangles. I got the wing dinner with dirty rice. The chicken was so hard I almond broke a tooth and the dirty rice was as dry as dirt. You could tell it had been sitting on the steam table for hours because the top was crusty where it hadn’t been stirred up. I know everyone is struggling with staffing woes but provide a quality product or close.
I ordered at this location Saturday around 530. The staff was very kind and working hard to get the food out. It was very fresh and delicious. The biscuit maker was on point with the blueberry biscuit. And the what was not long at all.
Everyone is very nice! Food is always good. Even got goodies!
I love this food, and it seems like they have had managers that have tried, but this place has been so, so, so disappointing recently. Food was cold, overcooked, and there is no way in the world that you are going to get what you ordered. Dreadful! If I could give zero stars, I would. Hopefully they can right the ship!
We placed an order online and it said to walk into get the order. However, the doors were locked. After sitting in the curbside parking area for 15 minutes, I attempted to call but got no answer. So I got in the drive through line. Just as I got to the speaker to order, the person said they were closing. I told them that was not fair as my online order was supposed to have been ready 30 minutes earlier. I called someone at Bojangles support last night. I assure you it will be awhile before I go back, probably never at that location.
I don’t usually do this but I’m just annoyed, every time I try to eat here I’m disappointed. The drive-thru line is always long with an average of a 30 min wait. Then when you finally get to order, they don’t have chicken. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on timeliness with the worker shortages and on stock problems with supply chain issues but when is enough, enough? Today I went during the day because they run out in the evening, after ordering and then waiting 20 minutes, they don’t have chicken. Honestly, I’m just mad at myself for going back. I’m the dumb one.
Absolutely horrible!!! The place was nasty and the few worker that they did have appeared nonchalant as if the customers didn't matter.The Manager (Young dark haired female) ended up locking the doors before 2pm because they couldn't keep up with inside orders while other customers were in the drive thru line. Average wait time inside and out was more than 15 mins. They lost alot of customers due to them being super slow.I ordered inside before the Manager locked the door. Waiting 15 mins or more and my order was still wrong! Employees walking around, playing with each other instead of doing their job.Business did not have fries and a red headed worker kept throwing her hair near the food and drinks. Her hair even went inside the cup and immediately was called out about it from a customer waiting in line.A male worker making a sandwich laid the bread on top of a styrofoam box and later proceeded to make the sandwich which is disgusting! Worker with no gloves touching each other and never washing their hands afterwards!Corporate needs to have a policy in place for long haired individuals. I don't want hair in my food!!! This place is going down hill and it used to be great. I preferred that location over several in the area, but not anymore!!! DO BETTER BOJANGLES OR SHUT IT DOWN!!
