I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while. I came to this location about 2-3 days ago, and there was a girl working drive thru..her name was either Amy or Ashley (I can’t remember I’m getting old) absolutely amazing customer service and she made me smile with her unique sense of humor, and kindness!!! When you start to get older it’s the small things that make your day! Can’t wait to visit this location again! Hopefully she’s working drive thru, when I come.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Literally ate there for lunch today and ended up with food poisoning that afternoon/evening. Called the establishment was completely calm about it (even though I had every right to me livid) and the manager hung up on me. So now there will be a visit from the Health Department ASAP. Watch out this could happen to you or your children/family!!!
Can I put zero stars? Every time I go and order any chicken Supremes they are pinky size chickens. I thought it was only a one time things tried it 4 times and still the same. Not sure of its a supply issue or just laziness from the cooks to get good size tenders.
Ordered a fish sandwich and asked for extra tarter sauce twice when she handed me the sandwich I asked does it have extra tarter sauce and she said yes. I checked it in the parking lot and it barley had any so I went back to the drive thru and asked for some tarter sauce to put on my sandwich and they refused to give me a pack or little cup of it. I'll never go there again.
On the way to the doctor's office, we stopped here for food. I had a BEC (bacon egg and cheese). It was very tasty!
Wow. A place I got to eat in. Awesome food , awesome workers. And like I said you can eat in. Well for tonight at least. 1-2-22 thanks
Folks were kind and professional even though they did not have any chicken pieces only chicken strips. The one I went to was in Burlington NC. My wife went to the one in Columbia SC. Neither had chicken! We had five in the group plus we ate what they had. To me it showed sometimes the way you treat people is most important. Great job!!!
Definitely NOT worth the $23 I just spent for breakfast..I've tried to give this Maple Ave Bojangles a chance but it always disappoints. I told myself I was DONE after I waited 30 minutes for my food outside, the manager told us we were forgotten and I was denied a refund.. ?Asked for breakfast, with Borounds, which according to the drive thru attendant would be a 10 minute wait. That was fine! I like it fresh! Instead we get handed a bag that is way too full. Should have been bagged into two bags. Four biscuits crushed, my son's bacon egg and cheese was so smashed he had to place it in a bowl....And of course our 10 minute wait didn't happen and we were served COLD, not even warm BoRounds.I love Bojangles but this particular location is not worth going to.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was Thanksgiving Day. We had just came from camping and wanted something quick before hitting the road. The line was super long, my wings were tiny, the biscuits were dry, and none of us really ate the food as it was mediocre.
Ordered 4 piece Supreme dinner, sweet tea and pintos. Pleasant server. BUT, got two legs(half raw, cold greasy fries and hard cold biscuit. Will not eat Bojangles any more.
