The service here is superb. My food is always right and hot. I make sure I go out my way to just go to this particular location. Out of my 26 years of living I’ve never met someone with customer service skills like Claire. If I could give 100 stars I would.
Biscuit and service was great. Hashbrowns wasn't the best. 4/5
Loved the pork chop biscuit and someone else had spicey chicken with hot honey. Delicious and biscuits nice qmd and soft. Staff friendly.
I managed to order and actually received every item ordered on the first time in the drive through.
Just got a couple of sausage biscuits. They were tasty and the service was fast.
Great food but they are hot like everyone else with staff shortages. Drive thru is always packed but they are doing their best to make it fast. I go in to get my take out as it is faster.
Been to this location several times and always some concern. I order the #13 every time sometimes with coffee and sometimes OJ. Always something is forgotten with my order. Doesn't matter if I walk in or drive thru. I should know better to check my order before I leave but it's no rocket science. Sandwich, hashbrown, drink all in 1 bag. How hard is that?
Biscuitville is always a winner for us. They are consistent in quality food preparation and customer service. Highly recommend.
