I stopped by today for the first time and got a turkey sandwich not only was the service fast the food was great !!! I’m definitely going back
Was told food was great. I placed order for boneless wings, when I got home that was not what I got. Good was not so great.
The steak n cheese and teriyaki wings combo was really good.
If you haven't tried American Deli...what are you waiting for? Great food, always fresh. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Long time customer with no returns ever, even when fries weren't fresh didn't ask for anything replacements.. they say return the food but thats impossible without unwrapping and taking the sandwich apart. Your location at cumpark plaza didn't put saurkraut on the rubeun making it nasty. I came on my lunch break and didn't eat until I pulled back in at work. Tried calling back right away and attempted several more times with no answer. Tried the following morning to call before I drove back. No answer. Drove back and manager refused to replace my meal even with receipt. Dont trust this place if you're in a hurry, it will be wrong and take your entire lunch! oh yea and they won't answer the phone
New lady in town trying out this place for the first time. Friendly staff. Great seasoning on the tenders and fries. Food was hot and fresh definitely will stop back again. Thanks
Food is great but drive thru is ridiculous, If you see three or more vehicles at the drive thru expect to wait up to 40 min. Are they ever gonna open up the Dine in area?!?!

It was just ok.Got the boneless wing meal..Wings soaked in sauce.Fries nothing special.
My family ordered from this restaurant for the first time to try out their cheesesteaks. My husband was highly disappointed in the portion size for my sandwich when he arrived to pick up my order. The amount of steak only covered half of the actual bun. My husband shared his displeasure with the portion size and asked if the sandwich could be corrected, he was instructed that it would be extra. Highly disappointed that the quality and customer service did not match the previous reviews. First impressions matter and I do not believe I will be visiting again.
