Went to Zaxby's earlier today and I have to admit , they normally do a great job with the service and food. This time was different however, as I'm sure you know as you probably saw my SINGLE STAR REVIEW. The only reason I came to Zaxby's this time around was to redeem a FREE MEAL coupon, and upon arrival I was told that the meal was not free (even though it specifically said so on the receipt) but however, it was BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. While I understand this is still a deal and arguably not that big of a deal, it's about the principle for me. The only way I could get this meal was to leave a good review on the Zaxby's website, but then you lie to me when I arrive at the restaurant? All of this commotion also made my girlfriend and I late to drop our son Rocco off at baseball practice; he's already a little overweight and awkward so you can bet him showing up late and the coach making him run didn't help at all. God bless that poor kid. I literally was just trying to get me a supposedly free meal and now I have to explain to little Rocco why he can't play with the other boys anymore (he got cut). Thanks a lot Zaxby'sTo make matters worse I was then charged for extra sauce at the window, but then the drive thru worker proceeds to give me even more extra sauce "for my patience"? Pretty confusing decision if you ask me, I didn't need or use the sauce. Either way, I understand this is a minor inconvenience, however I just feel like Zaxby's literally tricked me and lied to me in order to get me to come to their store today. Pretty bad business in my personal opinion and I will be personally taking some time away to think about my relationship with Zaxby's as a corporation as well as this specific location. #freethesauce #zaxhoax #theyarechicken #serviceindustry
The food was ok. The service was incredibly slow. They were extremely disorganized, the drink machine didn’t work and they had almost no sauces. We asked for ranch and they gave us 2 small almost empty containers. Tried to get more since there was 5 of us and they were all out.
Just left the drive through and I swear my experience there had me wanting to pick up a second job there. The two guys at the drive thru were incredibly personable and friendly. Not mention fine as hell. I don't even care what my food tastes like after that, I was so taken aback by the incredible service. The food is delicious by the way, but the service is where it's at. Keep up literally everything y'all doing.
I want to say that I have always enjoyed Zaxby’s restaurants. I’m visiting from out of town and went to Zaxby’s prior to it closing. I ordered through the drive thru. The staff who answered the drive thru speaker was friendly, however the staff at the window didn’t greet me at all. I did understand that it was almost closing time. When I paid with my card the staff repeated my order, not the total of the order. I received the card back without the receipt. 20 minutes after I got to the hotel with my food the order was wrong and they were closed. I was very disappointed.

Soggy fries and no suace on the tendies. A tragedy has occurred at this Zaxby’s location. A tragedy of unreached standards. Zaxby would be ashamed his name is on this eatery.
Went here to get some food for my friends and I. Ordered 3 meals, only got 2 of them and realized too late when I was already home. Not only that, the sauces on my wings were wrong, the extra fries I ordered were not there, and the fry box that my friend had ordered had 8 fries in it. We counted. 8. Went back to get our missing food. The employee had an attitude when we got to the window and angrily handed us a bag of the food we didn’t originally get. Got back home with the missing food. It was ice cold, the fries soggy and once again barely any fries. Awful experience from the food to the service. Zaxby’s has normally been a good experience for me, but this location is awful and needs to be shut down if this is how they plan on running a business. Disgusting.
I attempted to pick up my Mobile Ordered and I was informed they closed at 4pm. The employee refused to cancel my mobile order and my credit card was charged for food I never received. I’m letting my credit card fraud department handle this one. I will not be back.
Always fresh! Fast service considering people won't work these days!!!
So inside still isn't open, except for pick up orderrs. Food is good with line around building, moves quick food is fresh. If you have custom order this is where difficulty occurs. Asked to up size order, but told them giant cup wouldn't fit in cup holder, they wouldnt substitute smaller cups ant then wanted to charge me if I got smaller size, crazy. Paid .80 cents to upsize, I asked that extra fries be put in seperate container but didn't do this till I got to window, the person at window comes back and tells me "cook" says next time to it at speaker, like this is a really big deal. Food is good but person at window, is luck of the draw whether their nice or not. What happened to mgr. telling employees what to do??
