As usual, the training needs help. My food is hardly ever right. I had an order scrambled cheese raising, scattered, smothered, covered, and country with sausage. I got county ham, no sausage. Eggs no cheese. I had to ask for the gravy for the hashbrowns.Trying needs a lot of work!
One doesn’t expect much from Waffle House. I do however, expect it to be clean, this one was not. The server was great, the food was sub-par as usual, but exceptionally so here. The guy at the register didn’t speak at all, and was quite obviously not happy to be there.
Yes, the food and service is amazing. (I ordered the double hash browns smothered with a chocolate pecan waffle). I love connecting with the staff here because they're both engaging and very polite and just real people. Southern charm and hospitality at it's finest! I look forward to my future returns! Thank you Waffle House! Y'all deserve all the stars! I mean it!
This Waffle House is anything but typical. It is the most wonderful, outstanding, Waffle Home. I am tearing up as I write this review, the staff are lovely, the food is delicious and well-priced, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I plan on eating here after I get married. God I love Waffle House.
Very poor service and staff wasn't friendly at all. We waited over 20 mins after our order had been placed. The waiter came by and said he forgot to give the order so we waited another 30 mins. Then they got our orders wrong and said the waffle maker was down. Even tho they served others waffles AFTER my order. Very disappointed!
Food always been amzing but the last time I went there was long black hair in my Texas bacon cheesesteak melt plate I pulled it out........however the person I went there with did not find the hair in his until it wa already down their throat !! Gross!!!....it'll probably be awhile before I go back
February 15th I ordered an egg white omelet - it came swimming in grease-horrible. The employees seemed afraid to speak. I will not return.
Food was terrible when I did eat there. One Friday night after going to the movies THEY WERE CLOSED!!! A Waffle House closed at 11 PM!!! Never in my life… and the staff were there in the restaurant on their phones I could see them. I knocked on the door they just ignored me. Then I finally got in my car and beeped the horn several times as I left. And the parking lot is a joke, terrible place for a Waffle House
The most disgusting place I've ever been in. The rudest personnel I've ever experienced. Wait staff couldn't stay off of their phones. One in particular ,older female looked totally out if it. I have no words for the food....
Get the bang for your buck, I've gone here often, and they serve great breakfast almost every time. Frequently having leftovers or being satisfied after leaving, the staff are awesome here. This is probably one of the best breakfast locations I know in town.
