I love the food here but the service is awful. Due to staffing shortages they close very early, I believe at 9 or 10. The line will be at least a 20 minute wait and you’ll get to order and they are out of the most popular menu options. If you’re ever craving a baja blast, you’re not getting it.

This Taco Bell has some really awesome people that work there.First you’ve got Sabrina in the drive thru, super nice, professional, prompt. Even asked me about sauce (which I always forget to get/ask for). You could tell the whole crew really gets along (you can just hear it in their voices.)They all know how to work together get the food out fast without loosing the quality. Honestly, (as the kids say “No Cap). - I have a Taco Bell by my house, and the beef I just had on my Taco was the freshest and most flavorful I’ve had I think, ever.Thank you, Manager Jeremy, employees Bree (who motivated me to get dinner there in the first place), Sabrina, and George, and the rest of the crew (I know there were a few more but, I wasn’t able to get your names).Y’all rock! Thanks. :)

Food is good. Was in line for at least 20 minutes. Then just like every trip, they left the Cinnabon Delights out of the bag and had to wait 5 more minutesto get them.

This Taco Bell in Boone is fantastic! The food was great as usual, but let me tell you what made it extraordinary. The staff. Their level of energy and customer service are unbelievable. Nowadays one expects average customer service, but the attentiveness, politeness, and service with a smile made my day. I had an especially rough day and they made me.feel great. The food was also awesome, but thats a given.

Went by a couple times this month, no major issues, friendly staff and quick service. I would highly recommend the beefy melts if you go, they’re awesome. Only real issue I’d have is some of the misleading closed signs left on the speaker and window.

I went to Taco Bell and my life was ruined.Everything was ruined. The people that were working there were having a field day trying to screw it up.All of those lovely tacos, and then I couldn't eat them, and now they're in the garbage.Taco Bell is a true horror movie.Anybody who tells you differently is lying.Godzilla is my new God of all gods, and to me he is an immensely beautiful thing.I've been digging him for a while. Before I saw Godzilla, I had never known anything about him.I knew that he was angry, that he was big, that he was scary.I wasn't entirely aware of the extent of his destruction or his massive body count. However, he's in one of my favorite movies.

Waited in line for almost an hour. Seemed like each order took 10 minutes each just to watch one of the employees walk out and place a closed sign on the drive through 15 minutes before designated hours. This is the second time I have been there and I am not impressed.

Can't believe NC is still closed for dine in. Drive through only still in Jan of 22.Good food but wish my burrito ingredients were more dispersed

Spicy potato taco ordered with 3 single potato's in taco. Is this a joke?Edit: I didn't know it was possible but somehow my gf's spicy potato taco was even more sad

They just served me a cold quesadilla. The line is way too long to go back and get it fixed. It’s cold enough though to wonder the level of negligence on safe food handling.
